We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!

Everything was fine, breakfast was a bit limited for us Westerners, but overall, the value for money was very good. 10-minute walk from the center.

Well-located hotel, a 10-minute walk from the beach. The local area has quite a few good seafood restaurants. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and we had a great experience with them.

Friendly and helpful service. Comfortable bed. Room had lovely view. 10 min walk to the sea and 15 minute walk from most of the restaurants. Nice roof top area for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a very brief stay but it was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and even funny, which made checking in a breeze and set a positive tone for my stay. The room was comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our short visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service. Would definitely return!

Horrible experience. Mosquitos in room. No air condition. Noise all night. Small room. Small elevator. Bad customer service. Left early and they promised a refund and then refused to refund later on. DO NOT BOOK here.
