"The hotel itself is in a beautiful location. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet is good (unfortunately not every day, seemingly depending on occupancy). However, what was extremely bothersome was the loud slamming of doors, even at night (3:00 AM). And generally, the entire building is incredibly noisy. My room door (210, without a seal) rattled in the wind. Even during breakfast, the kitchen door in the restaurant constantly slams. The hotel should rename itself "Slamming Door." 🛑 I personally would not recommend this hotel. ⚠️"

"This camp in Wadi Rum exceeded all my expectations. The accommodation is incredibly clean, the private bathroom is well-maintained with reliable hot water. After a long day’s desert jeep tour, a hot shower was perfect to refresh us. The bed is comfortable, and the camp is quiet at night, with stunning moonlight views over the desert. The management team is warm and welcoming. Our driver and tour guide were thoughtful and considerate. The service strikes a great balance — attentive, while giving us enough privacy to enjoy the scenery on our own. We enjoyed authentic traditional Bedouin dinner, and sharing tea inside the tent with everyone felt warm, just like being among friends and family. The landscapes of Wadi Rum are absolutely breathtaking. My only regret is that I only stayed one night. I hope to come back someday, and I will definitely recommend this camp to anyone travelling to Wadi Rum. An unforgettable desert experience."

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would be happy to come back again. Special thanks to the hotel manager Mr Faris and his professional team ."

"4.5/5 Was a perfect night. Good ambience. Got a good guide for the jeep tour and over all trip was very comfortable. We stayed in the bubble for once much. If you want a light free ambience go for the normal tent. Bubble will have little bit light from the top even if you put curtain. But it's a wonderful experience in the middle of the desert. They provided an almost 5 star grade dinner and their rock cafe ambience is awesome! Morning breakfast also was nice. "

"The worst not happen yet until check in with Ahmed Adnan he surprised that I had reservation 2 months ago, that young man doesn't know any thing about hospitality with no any respect for us and tried to harass my girlfriend with his poor English 💩, it was the longest time to check in (1 hour), poor breakfast, no restaurant, small room with nasty cleaning, the only thing was perfect the gentle manager called George."

The hotel is clean and pleasant. The only downside is the breakfast is not very good and the hotel makes relatively little effort for the environment (air conditioning on to cool the outdoor rooftop, plastic cups for water, tea, etc.)."

The rooms and clean and cool, and we enjoyed the pool area. The real highlight is the diving, which is absolutely outstanding. Our divemasters/instructors were professional and experienced, and the centre clearly prioritises safety. The sites are truly beautiful - not to be missed. Highly recommended to any divers and snorkelers!"
