During my vacation, I stayed at a beautiful villa in maysan. The villa itself and the surrounding area were very lovely and peaceful. However, the poor service overshadowed everything that was good about the place. It took the staff more than two hours to come to the villa and help us install the outdoor lighting. In addition, I requested room cleaning service, but when the employee arrived, he only looked around briefly and then left without cleaning anything. Regarding the price, it was quite high compared to the low quality of service provided. I did not understand why the service was so slow and inefficient, especially since more than half of the villas were not booked, as Ramadan is considered the low season. However, I would like to sincerely thank two staff members who made a positive difference during my stay. First, Mr. MOHAMMED UMAIR from the Engineering Department. I was able to get his personal number through a friend and contacted him directly. He arrived within minutes and took care of all our needs efficiently and professionally. He was also very polite and always smiling. I truly appreciate the great effort he made to assist us. I would also like to thank Ms. CATHERINE from the Housekeeping Department. I met her by coincidence while she was walking nearby, and when I called her, she responded immediately. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure that everything we needed was available. She even contacted the reception several times to speed up the service I had requested. I am very grateful for her support and dedication. To end with, unfortunately, I am not sure if I would repeat this experience again. I would rather spend this amount of money on a hotel that offers fast service and meets all my needs without unnecessary strictness.
