Instalações ótimas! Quanto ao atendimento na recepção foi desagradável. Com certeza, comprei e paguei um apartamento frente mar e ao fazer o checkin fui surpreendido com a cobrança extra de aproximadamente R$ 580,00 para liberar o tal apartamento sob alegação de que o apartamento liberado PELA TRIP.COM foi de FUNDO e não o reservado e pago que foi de FRENTE para o mar, com certeza.

The ONLY place to stay in Aracaju. Not many Americans/English speakers in the area but this hotel made you feel at home. Lots of cool events at the hotel. Immaculately clean.

Wonderful boutique property, beautiful pool in an ideal location! Very comfortable feel. Staff is great, but some do not seem to be empowered to accommodate needs. Lobby area a little outdated. Overall, a good experience!! Thank you
