Expresso aqui minha decepção com o hotel nacional inn Araxá. Comprei uma promoção no site do hotel com o seguinte título ” promoção Páscoa, pensão completa” paguei no cartão e fui. No check- in fui informada q eu tinha adquirido diárias somente com café da manhã. Aleguei que comprei a promoção no site com pensão completa e me levaram para cv com o gerente, um tal de Rodrigo. O cara não quis nem me ouvir direito, disse q não comprei pensão completa, de forma bem rude, tentei entrar no site para mostrar que comprei a promoção, mas tiraram tudo do ar. Eles alegaram que o pessoal que faz o site não tem contato com a recepção do hotel. Me senti enganada! Disse que iria deixar o hotel, contudo um Sr. chamado Samuel, tentou entender minha situação e resolveu o problema. Pediu para eu enviar os e-mails com a reserva e acertou tudo. Não comprem nada pelo site do hotel, é uma farsa!!! Não volto mais lá, minha irmã pediu um travesseiro extra para ela dormir melhor e a menina da recepção negou, disse que o hotel teria varios check-ins naquele dia. As instalações são muito velhas, tivemos problemas com o vaso que disparou a descarga, o piso do quarto 303 próximo ao banheiro estava fora do nível, com o taco estufado, podendo causar acidente.No check-in a menina da recepção não informou os horários das refeições , senhas Wi-Fi, nada!!! Outro absurdo, cobram R$20, de diária do estacionamento, nunca vi isso em outro lugar.
