"Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The Hotel itself is very clean and well ordered. The location is perfect for restaurants, bars and marina. The beach is only 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive but very well worth looking up. I can't wait to go back!"

"The hotel has a private beach and pool, making it perfect for a vacation. All hotel facilities can be paid for with your room key, which is very convenient. The beach water was a little murky, but the pool was very clean. We requested a paid shuttle service from the hotel, but unfortunately they weren't at the airport at the time we were picked up, and the driver was rude. Overall, the value for money is not bad."

The hotel is a little haven of peace, with a truly enchanting location and a nautical style that immediately makes you feel on vacation, surrounded by beauty and care. The tranquility is priceless, and the staff is exceptionally kind: always smiling, attentive to every detail, and ready to pamper guests with a thousand thoughtful touches, making them feel truly at home. The breakfast is excellent, very varied and suitable for all needs, accompanied by simply delicious homemade cakes. "The hotel was better than expected! Great service at breakfast, at the reception, on the beach. The hotel is in excellent condition! Very bright. A wonderful combination of local color with modern comfort. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Great spa. The location is amazing! The hotel is on the beach!! I'm already planning to come back next year!"

"Hotel located a few kilometers from the center. It features a beautifully kept outdoor garden and spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast is served in the garden; fresh, high-quality local products, from savory to sweet. The owner, Stefano, is a delightful person, professional and very helpful: he even booked us a boat trip along the beautiful Ogliastra coast. Clorinda made us feel at home with her hospitality and professionalism. We will definitely be back."
Arbatax Park Resort - Cottage by Falkensteiner
"The resort is on a hill sloping to the see within a natural park, surrounded by beautiful lush nature. There are several pools and 3 scenic beaches. Salagana restaurant is a little gem, light and airy at breakfast, quaint and cosy in the evening. The food is great and so is the service. A special mention to the chefs Gianfranco and Roberto, which not only produced some great food but were also extremely nice and pleasant to chat with, and to Ludovica the metre who run the place with grace and always a smile, and to all the waiters and waitresses. Also a big thanks to Marco at the Telis reception that helped us with the upgrade and made our holiday a lovely one. Bravo also to the staff at the kids club which doubled as singers and dancers in the evening shows. Now to the downsides: 1: too many stairs if you have a stroller!! 2. The place lacked organization, we were not given any info at the check in about services available, even though we asked. The kids club didnt have a weekly program so if your kids didnt want to go every day, you couldnt pick which activity to attend (which were a lot and great fun) 3. Rooms in Telis are old and a bit run down - Cottages are newly renovated but quite warm 4. The biberonerie is in need of a renovation - and some cleaning! All in a great place but it felt like it lacked some direction."
Arbatax Park Resort - Dune by Falkensteiner
"Very disappointing holiday to Hotel Dune in Sardinia - We paid for a sea view room but on arrival was given a room so far back and high up that you had to walk outside of the room to glimpse the sea. The room itself very uncomfortable with basic provisions - no hairdryer / tea & coffee facilities / iron & only 1 pillow each. Sheets were not cleaned during stay. It is a very hard walk up to the room but you take that because the view and position is stunning. The food from the buffet was very poor and inedible on 3 out of 7 nights leaving us to either eat pizza or find a way into the town. The fish and meat dry and often with film layers as it had been left for so long, vegetables over cooked, pasta under luke warm, only choice of cakes for dessert. Often implements were missing and no one was around to refill: spoons / glasses/ food that had run out etc. There is a very small outside gym with less equipment than in my local park which was upsetting and the spa although worthy of a trip sadly the massages were not good at all - we booked a Swedish massage and had a light-fingered type of massage. The cleaning around the site was not great either - In the toilets by Telis Restaurant where you have lunch, there were blood spots on the cubicle wall the entire stay of our holiday 7 nights no one had cleaned them off .. Be sure to lower expectations before you arrive!"
Arbatax Park Resort - Ville del Parco
"It was the second time that we spent our family holidays at Arbatax Park Resort and it was great again. The resort is beautiful and offers a lot of possibilities. Food was good. Staff was very friendly (except for the superior staff from Telis reception who often didn‘t even great when met in the resort). We (and especially our kids) loved the Boboi bus and the drivers alway very nice to us and our kids. The only negative points: the public toilets at the pool and the restaurants often didn‘t meet our hygienic expectatives. Some of them also need a renovation (i.e. the onces close to the shops). Them drinks at the bar are rather pricey for Italy."

"Excellent boutique hotel right on the coast. Gorgeous room & bathroom - all felt very new & stylish. Staff were super attentive & helpful & recommended good restaurants for dinner. Julie makes a great omelette & gave good travel tips. They even kindly bought special vegan croissants for me when they heard I was vegetarian. Great base for exploring. Would recommend."
