Lovely chalet in a good position near the centre of Arc 2000 but quiet and convenient. We had a 5 en-suite bed chalet that was well equipped and had a good mix of bedroom and communal space. The pool/sauna/gym was superb. Very accommodating staff. I will go back says it all.

Amazing stay great location. Great apar**ents clean and well equipped. We had 4 adults and 4 children 8 to 10 apar**ents was a perfect size. Would comfortably have 8 adults as well. Can't wait to book next year!

This was our 5th visit to Chalet Altitude and it would appear after two seasons of Covid, the quality and service has gone downhill To rate the accommodation as 5 star on many UK websites is misleading! I cannot fault the location and views from the apar**ent if you are lucky enough to get a high floored room but that’s the only positives. The apar**ents are now very tired and need updating, the self catering facilities were poor, with a lack of basic cooking items such as oven dishes, servicing bowls, chopping boards and the list goes on! What I would say is when we asked for items we were given them but they should already be there. Both shower rooms were in need of repair with broken fittings in the shower that caused the whole room to become wet. The walls were paper thin and we barely slept due to the noise all around us. Parking reservations had changed, in the past we always got allocated a space for our apar**ent, not this time, so after a 12 hour drive we had to find alternative parking in the village as the car park was full! After being a loyal customer for a number of years here, the stay was disappointing and we will not be returning.

Very nice chalet apar**ent, clean and modern accommodation throughout. Had everything we needed for the week, little shop was useful. Pool area small and busy in the evenings, steep deposit of €500 was a shock but overall would definitely recommend.

Nice views but this is far from 4* experience. There is plenty of space but the place feels tired. We had a family apar**ent that slept 14. The towels we were given were tiny and threadbare, there were no towels given for the spa. The rooms are of a decent size, but several contained no plug sockets apart from the ones the lamp was plugged into so we couldn’t charge devices. There were very few hooks to hang ski gear and the doors and windows didn’t partially open so the place was either stifling hot or freezing cold. The wifi was so poor, it could not be used for accessing the internet, and there was only TV in French making evening entertainment for the kids difficult. The kitchen is a decent size with plenty of utensils and the spa downstairs was nice and clean….but the pool was very cold and the jacuzzi was Luke warm. The Sauna was not switched on the 3 times I went down there. All in all, this place is ok, but just about the every aspect of the stay felt like it should and could be better if someone had actually given thought to the things any modern family wants from a ski chalet/apar**ent. It is just a lazy approach which does not focus on the customer, which seems fairly typical of French ski resorts. We will be sticking with Austria in future, where the overall focus on the customer is much more thoughtful.

Cons: - Use of ***** in the building. Presence of **** smokers on the second floor which made this level not nice to walk through, especially with young kids. Elevator would smell very strong at time even all the way to the eighth floor. - Use of hard liquor in the pool area by some tenants - Location, if you have young kids going to ski school and not able to go on a lift yet. plan on a good 20-25 minutes walking to get to the Chalet PiouPiou. - Pool/wellness area was very cold, especially the water. However, temperature in the locker room was suffocating. Pros: - Spacious apar**ents with great view. We had view on the Mont Blanc and Les Arcs 1950. - Balcony was spacious enough to enjoy the view. - Rooms very large with multiple bathrooms and showers - Well-equipped kitchen and raclette machine available at front desk - Spacious ski lockers with shoe dryers - Very friendly staff - Underground parking for a reasonable fee - Small grocery store inside the building

Already 3 stays in the residences of the group and so far nothing to say... this year, no espresso machine available, dishes to be rewashed, and the staff does not enforce the basic rules at all... Soundproofing with the outside is catastrophic, let's not talk about that of the stairwells (a delight with prohibited ski boots!). As for the bar downstairs, it closes at one o'clock, so don't expect to sleep too much before because customers are squatting in the street. Again it's up to us to call the gendarmerie according to the staff 🤬

We stayed in this residence last week in an apar**ent designed for 10 beds on the 4th floor. The residence is very pretty, very well located and the staff are wonderful. We had 3 children aged 6 months, 18 months and 4 years. The establishment lends beds for children and chairs for meals. The rooms are quite small and leave very little space for children's beds. We were very disappointed because we had chosen this residence for the paddling area reserved for children at the swimming pool and in reality there is none. So we didn't take advantage of the swimming pool at all because the children have no feet otherwise. He was convicted and there is no evidence of it. The establishment also lends sleds which was our consolation prize... The bathrooms are functional but could do with a little renovation. The apar**ents have ski lockers on the ground floor with heated shoe rests which is very pleasant and finally the apar**ent had a beautiful view of the mountain.

Well located residence and very friendly staff. A top-notch pool/gym area! And the parking under the residence is a big asset. Ski rental, supermarket and bar close at hand. Quick access to the slopes via tirefesse. A little disappointed compared to our first stay in 2019. Our apar**ent (spacious with very well equipped kitchen) needs some updating this year. The plumbing and electricity are from another era. Heaters that do not work well or not at all (requires electric backup) or that make strange noises. The electrical wires of the ceiling lights quickly taped but which can be seen when the wires are exposed. An obvious lack of acceptance in the age of smartphones, tablets and various other rechargeable accessories. And finally special mention to the superb cobwebs in our room!
