Best Western Arcata Inn

The staff and service at this hotel were great. I really appreciate it them and what they try to do. My only complaint was the carpet was a little bit dirty in the room. And there seems to be a lot of homelessness in the neighborhood of this hotel and the ones near it. That's not something they can help and in fact they're being compassionate I think with the people which I think is great. But it does make you feel a little unsafe at times.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a large selection for a hotel included breakfast. The staff was very courteous and the cookie at check in was delicious.

Good, reasonably priced hotel convenient to all that I needed to do in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and good-sized. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Parking lot feels safe, love the pool and breakfast. Glad they take dogs even though there’s a fee.

The person that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but the bed mattress was very old and made creaking noises. The bed needs to be replaced. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.
