2024 haziran ayında kaldığımız, Hijyen, hizmet kalitesi, termal ve deniz imkanları 10/10 olan çok memnun kaldığımız işletme. 2 adet büyük termal havuzu var, suyun sıcaklığı yaklaşık 37 derece. Havuzlar her akşam boşaltılıp sabah tekrar dolduruluyor ve belli aralıklarda suyun kalitesi denetleniyor. Hijyen konusunda çok memnun kaldık. Suda maksimum 20 dk kalabiliyorsunuz, sonra soğumak için denize girebilirsiniz zira havuzlar ve deniz çok yakın. Odalar çok güzel diyazn edilmiş, banyo tasarımı biraz eski gibi gözükse de su taziği çok iyiydi. Odalar havuza bakıyor. Yemek yenilen alana en yakın odada kalmamıza rağmen sesten hiç rahatsız olmadık. Kahvaltı self servis açık büfe, her çeşit olmasa da fiyatına göre her şey uygun. Belediye işletmesi olduğu için yemek fiyatları fahiş değil. Izgara balık ve mezelerinden çok memnun kaldık porsiyonları doyurucuydu. Çevresindeki restoranları gördükten sonra kalan günlerimizde otelden yemeyi tercih ettik. Güveçte ege otları menüde yazmıyor ama çok güzel yapıyorlar, girit ezmesi, lakerdası ve karidesi denemeye değer.

Terrible place. Avoid this dirty hole. The staff is very unfriendly and will do everything to rip you off. Entrance is with credit card, everything else is Turkish lire. They called a taxi for me to get cash a near by ATM. The taxi driver took me :30 minutes to the ATM on back roads. I returned from getting cash and paid for my massage. My friend was getting a massage and I told him we were leaving. I packed up our belongings and returned to the same taxi. The manager at the front desk was talking to the taxi driver. The taxi driver took us out in the middle of no where. I knew we were going the wrong way and demanded he turn around. He called his boss who spoke English who I demanded he take us back to the ship in Cesme, Turkey. When we arrived at the port he demanded 1,500 lira. Again it was only 10 euros from port to this hole. The manager at this hotel/spa is a criminal.

Konum olarak harika bir koyda, odaları çok rahat,personel güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı, oda kahvaltı konaklama konsepti restaurant fiyatları performans ve lezzetine göre çok uygun, doğal termal havuzu harika her akşam havuz suyu değiştiriliyor çok temiz dinlenmek için harika bir otel.

her zaman gittiğim yer. yaz kış yaşadığım mekan olduğu için çok sık gidiyorum. 30 senedir yazları burdayım, 3 senedir yaz kış yaşıyorum. ilk kez gördüğüm bir adam koymuşlar girişe, son derece kaba, sorduğun sorulara sanki müşteri oymuş (üstelik terbiyesiz de müşteri) ve hizmetli benmişim gibi davranıyor. bugüne kadar gördüğüm belki de en az kalabalık yaz sezonu günlerinden olmasına rağmen neredeyse kovar gibi tavırlarına hakettiği karşılığı almama sebebi yanımda misafirim olmasıdır. kendisine yeni misin sen diye sorduğumda da bana ben buranın şefiyim diye cevap verdi. içeride onca güler yüzlü, çalışkan, sempatik, yıllardır çalışan, emek veren insan dururken de onun gibi birini şef yapmış olmaları oldukça üzücü! ayrıca arabamızın kapısını açık unutmuşuz, bir beyefendi görmüş ve resepsiyona bildirmiş, anons yapılmasını istemiş. bu şef olan arkadaş bu anonsu da yaptırma gereği duymayarak bir müşterilerinizi ne kadar umursadığını göstermiştir! tekrar ediyorum, en sakin ve az kalanalık günlerinden biriydi. böyle şahısları çalıştırma sebebiniz tamamen duygusal heralde gerçekten. kimin gönül bağı varsa var, müşteriyle muhattap olmadığı bir alanda çalıştırırsanız çok daha iyi olur. her şey mükemmel olsaydı büle sırf o girişteki gözlüklü tip bütün her şeyi silip süpürür!

2021 yılında ilk kez arkadaşımızın tavsiyesi üzerine gidip memnun kaldığımız bir işletme. Otelin kendi bünyesinde değil Alaçatı'da farklı bir otelde konaklayarak Termal sıcak açık havuz ve denize girmek için günlük ziyaret etmeyi tercih ettiğimiz bu yere bu sene de gittik. Puan kırmamın sebebi havuzlardan birinin tadilatı nedeniyle olan gürültü, tesisteki havuzda cok fazla çocuk olması (cocuklardan biri fanta şişesiyle havuzdaydi ve şişeyi havuzun içine düşürdü), Bi hayvansever olarak tesisteki kedi ve köpekleri görmek mutlu etti ancak çok bakimsizlardi işletme kendilerine mama ve su kabı bolumu yaparsa güzel olur. Deniz kıyısındaki sezlonglarda şemsiye olmaması kötü. Günlük giriş ücreti 200 TL ***et makul. Tekrar gider miyim evet.
