I have not the possibility to enjoy staying in that hotel. On January, 2022, I booked a room for two people for 6 nights from 14th to 20th of August 2022. However, the day before the check in I received an e.mail indicating that my reservation was cancelled. As a consequence, I had to come back home and interrupt my holiday, since in the meantime the price of that and other hotels in Menorca has increased of about 10 times in comparison to the January price, as expected. I have travelled to several nations in the world, Africa, Nord, Centre and South America, China, Malaysia, Indonesia but never, never a think like this happened to me. Now I come back home but I'm still angry and astonished for the hotel behaviour.

Hort Sant Patrici is a very beautiful place: a big and nice finca, a lovely garden with swimming pool, vineyards, a bodega and even a cheese factory. It has everything to be a great place except one thing: the staff. We arrived during the afternoon and we asked the woman at the reception if we could eat something. The answer was a clear no "because there was a wedding". What an answer! The staff is non-existant, you feel alone in the place and at night there is litteraly no staff so if something happen you're just by yourself... The only person whom we had contact with were the waitresses (who were super nice and polite by the way!), otherwise we felt just alone. Such a pitty for a beautiful place like this! The WIFI was working in the loby only, in our room we had no reception at all. And, last but not least, the room was not super clean... The sopa dispenser was super dirty and the cleaning of the bathroom was very rough...
