We traveled as 3 families, parents and toddlers, 10 people in total. Guest interaction: The owner is very accomodating and friendly. The reservation made easy, sufficient in high level of professionalism, regardless my limited ability to communicate in local language. Location : 5 - 10 minutes drive away from the city centre or major attractions yet it feels secluded, closer to nature, offers calmness within the woods. Cleanliness: Being a hotelier myself, i am one of the "Karen" when it comes to accommodation cleanliness, but this villa is spotless and efficiently clean. Ambience: Warm, homey feeling, kids friendly with right temperature. The silence guaranteed us good sleeps, except we have children 😅, otherwise the atmosphere is perfect for a serenity gateway. Parking: Lots of space, private parking lots with remote gates. Price: Great value for money. Within our budget range, it is really not easy to find the accommodation in the area that tick all our boxes. Overall, highly recommended.

If you love nature, that's the perfect place to enjoy and relax.
The property has all the amenities for families with kids:
- space inside and outside
- pool (opened during the summer season)
- Kitchen
- TV
- air condition and heating system working properly and even together if needed. This always keeps the temperature you want.
The property owner is flexible during the check-in time, very friendly and wants to guarantee you have the best experience staying in his Villa.
The welcome bottle of wine was appreciated!

We stayed two nights with our three grandchildren. We had a whole house to ourselves: enormous kitchen dining area downstairs and at the top a whole flat for the kids. We all loved the space and the quiet. The pool came into its own on both hot afternoons

A small villa close to Arezzo. We only stayed for one night, it’s so relaxing we decided not to go to Arezzo in the evening. So bring picnic. :)
Clean room, comfortable bed, the approach is well signed so easy to find.
If only it had a proper aircon, would have been perfect.

Ci siamo recati presso questa meravigliosa villa per assistere ad un congresso in città , che dire, siamo stati coccolati come fossimo membri di famiglia! La struttura è immersa nel verde, è dotata di una piscina curatissima con acqua limpida e pulita, le camere sono curate nei minimi dettagli, dalla pulizia impeccabile ai kit di cortesia che comprendevano anche di più di quello illustrato nelle info di booking. Ci hanno omaggiato con snack dolci e salati e una buonissima bottiglia di rosso locale, cosa chiedere di più?? I proprietari, Silvano e la moglie sono stati squisiti, ci hanno addirittura avvisato di un incidente in autostrada perché sapevano che eravamo in viaggio! Siamo rimasti contentissimi! Anche i prezzi sono veramente irrisori contando tutte le premure ricevute e la struttura veramente fantastica! e quando si ripresenterà l occasione di recarci in città alloggeremo senza ombra di dubbio a Villa Sargiano! Abbiamo soggiornato in Villa Sargiano per festeggiare il capodanno 2024 con famiglia e amici. La Villa è stata perfetta per accogliere tre famiglie con bambini con l'esigenza di avere degli spazi comuni per condividere insieme momenti di festa ma anche avere l'autonomia e gli spazi necessari per la propria riservatezza. Villa Sargiano è immersa nel bosco toscano in una cornice unica che garantisce momenti di relax e benessere a contatto con la natura. Il proprietario Silvano è di una gentilezza unica, coccola gli ospiti e li fa sentire fin da subito a loro agio e si mostra sempre pronto per qualsiasi esigenza, tutte le attenzioni e i dettagli della villa mostrano una grande capacità e professionalità di Silvano nell'ospitalità , invidiabile da qualsiasi grande albergo. La location è consigliata per chi si vuole godere con tutta la famiglia o con amici la natura Toscana e di Arezzo con tutti i comfort che Villa Sargiano mette a disposizione.

Capodanno ad Arezzo per i Mercatini di Natale. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti a Villa Sargiano, un'incantevole villa immersa in un bosco nel cuore della meravigliosa terra Toscana a 10 minuti da Arezzo. Silvano ,il proprietario, sempre premuroso e disponibile.Accoglienza TOP, la bottiglia di Chianti molto gradita,anche il Kit per la colazione delizioso.Ambiente pulito ,ben riscaldato e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio.Letto comodissimo!!! Torneremo volentieri in questo luogo incantato.
