Good place, nice and cozy. The room we received was clean but not quite compliant with the photos that have been posted. Good continental breakfast, excellent courtesy of the staff. Compliments!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Zero integrity. Greedy for money, unclean premises, tasteless tourist trap. We were here for a single night stay. The checkin itself was a horrendously tedious process. Our experience with the staff was also very negative. They kept lying to our faces and capitalizing on the peak season rush in Rome this summer. Overall a property to avoid at all costs.

Le nostre camere 53-54-55 collocate in una dependance immersa nel verde ,quindi ben panorama .le camere sono spaziose ma l’arredamento spartano! L’armadio sostituito da appendini su un appendicappotti ! Dispenser saponi nel bagno poco funzionanti ! Colazione pessima senza alcun personale di servizio! Autogestita solo dolce nessun jogurt niente di salato . È un agriturismo adatto per matrimoni e compleanni etc etc la parte di accoglienza agli ospiti delle camere poco attenta e superficiale !

La location dell'hotel è sicuramente bellissima, immersa nel verde e molto caratteristica. Il personale, in particolare la ragazza alla reception, è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, facendo il possibile per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Tuttavia, la pulizia dell'albergo è una vera delusione. Appena entrate nella camera, ci siamo trovati di fronte a un bagno sporco, con pedate di terra ovunque e una macchia spaventosa nella doccia. Ci è sembrato che la camera non fosse proprio stata pulita prima del nostro arrivo. La sensazione che il letto non fosse stato cambiato, ma solo rimesso a posto, è stata confermata quando abbiamo trovato capelli sulle lenzuola, spingendoci a richiedere un cambio per garantire almeno un minimo di igiene. Passando una salvietta per terra, questa è uscita nera a causa dello sporco accumulato. Inoltre, abbiamo notato ragnatele all'interno della lampada sopra il letto. La pulizia dovrebbe essere una delle cose principali e qui è gravemente trascurata. Consigliamo di non soggiornare qui proprio per questa ragione. Considerando la bellezza della struttura, è un vero peccato che venga così trascurata.

Sono stata il questa struttura per un evento con pernottamento. DOPO il check in,ho chiesto il cambio camera, non mi era stata consegnata la camera prenotata. Una Signora (Penso la proprietaria)gentilmente con poco tempo ha rimediato.La stanza carina,pulita, Cose da migliorare :in camera senza acqua e senza frigo,Coperte sicuramente da sostituire datate.Capisco che sia un agriturismo ma sarebbe eccellente con piccole accorreze tipo piumino ,linea cortesia,bicchieri.Evento e colazione non adattato a noi CELIACI. Ci siamo anche noi ......,pizza surgelata,colazione trovato solo un pacchetto di fette biscottate.Non ci tornerei

Sono appena rientrata da un pranzo con amici. Il cibo ottimo e abbondante. Con grande sorpresa,vista la grande affluenza,anche il servizio ai tavoli è stato perfetto,veloce e preciso.Non sono solita a lasciare recensioni,ma ci tengo profondamente a ringraziare la ragazza di nome Giulia che ci ha seguiti per tutto il pranzo. Avendo una figlia celiaca è stata attenta e compente facendo sì che il nostro pranzo fosse memorabile, ha saputo esaudire tutte le nostre richieste garantendo la nostra soddisfazione. Consigliatissimo.

Andiamo spesso al "Borgo" cucina super, personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Le recensioni negative che sono riportate riguardano le stanze dell'agriturismo e non la ristorazione, anche perché tutte le persone che vi abbiamo portato a pranzo o a cena, sono rimaste molto soddisfatte. Festeggiato nel 2019 il nostro matrimonio e come sempre nulla da eccepire. Bravi ragazzi complimenti!!
