Access to the beach but the shuttle service to town and other beaches was so helpful

Have to agree with the previous comments, the place is a complete shambles, dirty pool, dirty common areas, unemptied ashtrays, food was served in unsanitary ways. Very careless staff, receptionist was often not present and smoking instead. All complaints were ignored. The place is very run down for any standard. Needs a new management and a revamp! Shame!

Legal action it's already open against this place I visit Rio de Janeiro and around is last 2 weeks I know Brasil very well; I have never been to a place like that before, I have requested a refund, and I have refused to stay in that place, and the reception don't give X for my request, the owner of that place must be the most smart businessman every I have open legal against again facts about the place I have provided pictures film every this to be able to get my refund back, I open 2 other legal actions on visa and *********** to request the refund of that place Please check pictures

Local excelente para passar uns dias de descanso. Silencioso, aconchegante, limpo, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. Localização perfeita, conectado ao Silk Club. Cheguei pela rodoviária e pedi um carro pra me levar até a pousada, foi super rápido e barato.

Ficamos um final de semana nesta pousada ficando hospedado a na suíte master. Seguem abaixo os itens pontuados separados em pontos positivos e negativos. (+) ficamos na suíte master e ela tem um tamanho bem legal, com varanda e uma ante-sala; (+) localização muito boa em relação à praia: vista do mar linda. Além de ser colado com o Silk (clube famosinho da cidade); (+) café da manhã simples porém bem completo; (-) quarto pouco confortável e fedendo a mofo; (-) hotel não tem acessibilidade. Fomos com bebê e se movimentar pelas instalações do hotel é terrível se usar carrinho; (-) limpeza deixa a desejar. Nosso quarto tinha banheira e quando ligamos a hidromassagem, saiu de tudo de dentro dela, um nojo. Uma das piscinas da área da suíte estava verde de sujeira e permaneceu assim até a nossa saída. Resumido, pelo preço cobrado nem de longe vale a pena. Não recomendo.

Lugar excelente com ótima localização , flats completos espaçosos com toda estrutura. Funcionários atenciosos, educados, nota 1000. Fiquei muito feliz de encontrar um grande amigo e um grande cozinheiro Cheff Bruno Labanca trabalhando no Hotel.

Personal excelente, cálido y educado. Muy predispuesto. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Media pensión, comida sana y rica con entrada, plato principal u postre. Camastros en la playa súper cómodos con servicio de bar muy bueno. La pasamos muy lindo.
