A Concept Hotel & Spa

When you arrive at $700 dollars night hotel no one help you with luggage, no welcome, and for 5 start hotel this is the key you get (see picture). After a trip staying at Belmont Cataratas and Copacabana Palace is very disappointing how we are guess are treated at Concept. I wish I had spent my $700/night staying at Copacabana Palace more few days and avoid to come to Concept.

We had such a beautiful time at A Concept Hotel. Pedro and team were absolutely amazing. Cannot stress it enough! From the minute we got there, the staff truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of! Looking forward to our next visit to A Concept Hotel.

Amazing !!! Just amazing !! A very exclusive place, immerse in nature, filled with unique experiences like boat adventures to the island nearby, jet ski, paddle court, fat bikes and so on... my wife and i loved the spa too , wonderful massages and treatments, on top of that we need to highlight the FOOD !! Incredible menu and staff , lovely and attentive concierges , amazing hotel , very beautiful structure and design , last but not least... we have to mention the kids area and all the support we have from the staff for our kids, a very rare kind of hotel perfect for couples and families at the same time! Best choice in Búzios , probably the best beach luxury hotel in Rio, one of the bests in Brazil for sure !! Thanks for every moment !! We will return asap !! Amazing place with highest standard of service, facility and ocean experience. All staff is super kind and helpful, even though few people speak English, the kindness and genuine smile makes it up. Breakfast is one of best I have experienced in my life. Pedro is a superstar, also other staff was very kind and attentive.

The property is stunning. The staff were superb from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We look forward to staying again. We enjoyed our short break immensely.

We had a master suite (1 of 2) 1. The suite was extremely large and generous in space - the bed was worn, bed sheets worn too - grey and worn - no electrical plugs, no music system … a bit rough. 2. The receptionist was rough and missing the expected professionalism - sneaking around to make sure they charge you well and you sign the papers … while we spend generously in the hotel. 3. There were works - heavy works in the near buy building (new spa under construction) till 9 to 10pm - big noise! - we had to ask to stop it. 4. On the other side the restaurant is of good quality, nice variety and the waiters were lovely and the outside pool large clean with enough space (just 1 ombrela for the entire hotel)

Incredible hotel - great boutique amenities throughout the property. The staff is wonderful and really makes you feel like you’re at home. The staff to guest ratio is also fantastic. We will be going back.
