Excellent attention, service, food and the view and location of the hotel is fantastic!!!

The Serena Boutique Hotel is a beautiful space, carefully designed and expertly manicured to create a very tranquil stay. It’s perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Geribá two minutes walk from the stunning praia de Geribá. The service is five star and a special mention to Leonel, who was extremely professional and attentive throughout our stay - a great ambassador to the hotel and Rochester Hotel group.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Leonel provided exceptional service! The resort is clean and very cozy! It is very close to the beach. The downtown has a great selection of restaurants and stores. We will definitely come back very soon!

Excellent location front the beach. And very cozy cottage. The breakfast is amazing plenty of options and gluten free too. The staff receptionist Leo was very helpful every morning with trips for the day and recommendations of beaches to go.

Great Location, hospitality was great, Room was fine, Beaches nearby were very nice, not very far away from central area, Lionel at the reception was very helpful and informative, Breakfast was ok, not a huge variety but okay to start off the day

Incredible view of the sea and Joao Fernandes beach from the top of the hotel (although you have to be brave enough to climb a lot of stairs), where there is also a pool and a restaurant with good food and drink options at average prices than what you get. It is charged in Búzios. The attention is very good and personalized, highlighting that of Leonel, he speaks Spanish, very kind and friendly, he gave us tremendous information to know wonderful places and manage tourist services from the hotel.

The inn is beautiful and bright. The rooms are comfortable. The pools have an incredible view and the water is heated. The attention of Stefy, Cintia and Leonardo is very good, always attentive to what we need. I would return because we had a beautiful experience.

Wonderful stay, place with the best view of the sunset in Búzios. Clean, organized guesthouse and super polite and attentive staff. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the courtesies and the special congratulations on my birthday. We will come back and recommend.

We stayed 4 nights, the inn is excellent in all its aspects! The pools are beautiful to go to at any time since they are heated, the breakfast is super complete, the location is excellent. The restaurant is very delicious, and so are their drinks (I recommend the passion fruit caipi). There are many Spanish-speaking staff, which makes communication easier. Without a doubt we will return!!!
