EuroParcs de Hooge Veluwe

Leuk en mooi park! De kinderen hebben lekker kunnen zwemmen en er zijn veel speeltoestellen. Het huisje had wat schoner mogen zijn. Veel hondenharen in het huisje. De omgeving is mooi. Je kunt flinke boswandelingen maken.

The village made up of very beautiful and differently made houses is truly fantastic. An infinite number of housing units each with its own parking space and private garden where you can relax in the sun or eat outdoors. Negative note: on the reservation made with ********** I was given check in until 7pm. Having arrived after a journey of more than 1000km at 6.04pm the reception was already closed. The emergency number posted on the door was answered ONLY in Dutch and therefore incomprehensible. Like us, there were four other families who could not have access to the booked home. Only thanks to the courtesy of a Dutch lady who had the same problem like us, she was able to speak to this number and acted as an intermediary and had a number corresponding to a box outside the reception containing the keys. Note that at this number they claimed that each of us should receive an email with this number. I consider it unacceptable that a reception closes at 5pm (it was a Thursday) when I was sure that I would have easy access until 7pm. If I had known, at least I would have called on the same day knowing that I would arrive around 6pm and in any case before the 7pm time on my reservation.
