Te Moana Nui Villa

The host family is delightful and readily available for any needs. You can appreciate an ongoing effort to improve the property's amenities... It's evident that the villas are a real Labor of Love for the owners.  The private beach access with its occasional awesome sunsets may be the best part.  We so enjoyed the large comfortable patio deck with its cooling breeze.... But the inside AC is a much-appreciated addition. Also, the washing machine is a very useful amenity for those staying longer.  Snorkeling gear and beach shoes are a plus as well.  They've thought of everything.  We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at Te Moana Nui Villas.

This host canceled our booking 2 weeks before we flew to the Cook Islands, no reason given, no compensation or alternatives offered. We are now stuck finding something at short notice when almost everything was booked out 7 months ago, when we booked this place. Looks like we now need to pay 3-5 times the price from when we booked this place. I do not recommend! Not only did they not give us any explanation they haven’t even responded to my messages asking why. I hope karma comes for you guys hard!!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Te Moana Nui Villa. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was clean, tidy and the shaded deck area was great when we needed a break from the heat. Just a few steps to the beach too, where our hosts had created a beautiful, private area for relaxing on loungers or having a meal right on the beach at a picnic table. It was so relaxing and peaceful that my mother in law read 5 books in 10 days! I will be recommending Te Moana Nui Villa and our host’s other fantastic villas to our friends and family. There was a mix up at first for oir booking and Terri was helpful to sort it out. We were blessed with the fruit basket with tropical fruits, loved how close the place is to the beach and also how there were beach shoes and snorkel gear that we could use. Thank you for being great hosts 😊

Was absolutely everything I hoped it would be and more.My hosts Terry and Annie made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Lots of extra knowledge about Rarotonga that you can only learn through very caring and genuine locals.Was sad to say goodbye to them both and wish to return to their paradise with my family.

Stayed for 2 weeks and had the best time. Property was clean, well furnished and had everything you could possibly need within the villa. There was also a private carpark and our villa in particular had its own carport which provided great accessibility options for my mother who has chronic arthritis. Beach was very close with easy access, sunloungers and even an outdoor shower to rinse. Close to local shops with great food places within walking distance. The owners were so kind, generous and accomodating. It was really easy to communicate with them both and have wonderful conversations too. I highly recommend Te Moana Nui Villa for your next stay, it is a beautiful place and we'd personally be more than happy to stay here again.
