Fawas runs an awesome surf camp at a beautiful part of Arugam Bay, right on the beach, next to the lagoon so you can watch the sunset and sunrise in the same day, also away from all the parties but close enough to walk to all the amenities. The Surf Instruction itself is the best in the area. You feel safe here, the food is awesome, rooms clean, cold and comfortable. If you're looking for a surf camp in Arugam Bay go to these guys.

We had with our family including two children of 9 and 12 surf lessons We went to a beautiful surf spot with the boards on the tuktuk. Sattam was our teacher/ surf instructor and was very friendly and helpful and made us stand on our surfboard for the very first time!!! Sattan, thank you for the great experience I can definitely recommend it!

Der Surfunterricht mit Fawas, ist für jedes Level perfekt. Er ist ein sehr erfahrener und ruhiger Lehrer, der dich immer an die Hand nimmt wenn du es brauchst und dir einen Schups Mut schenkt für deinen nächsten Schritt in deiner Entwicklung. Der Unterricht begann gleich früh morgens, sodass wir alleine waren und keine weiteren Ablenkungen uns vom Fokus abgebracht haben. Fawas zeigt dir sowohl die Theorie als auch die Praxis, in deinem Tempo und mit deinem Level. In dem Camp konnten wir nicht übernachten, da es umgebaut wurde zu der Zeit. Aus dem Gefühl heraus und im Hinblick auf den Umgang mit uns uns anderen Mitmenschen, können wir diesen Lehrer sehr empfehlen und wir werden definitiv beim nächsten Aufenthalt, seinen erfahrenen Worten weiter zuhören und folgen. Wir sehen uns ganz bald wieder lieber Fawas. Alles Liebe und viel Kraft für den Umbau Maren und Lars alias Reisewith
