Didas Villa

Nice place with good service.

I was impressed by the courtesy of the owner Mr Fred and the staff. Mr Fred came to pick me up from the Kiliminjaro air port and I was looking for someone with a banner of my name but I was surprised when I got a bear hug from more six feet tall person Fred the owner of the Didas Villa . What a surprised! Hotel location is in a natrual environment. Peaceful atmosphere. Daily bearfast with choices. Dinner of your choice. Rooms are nice and cleaned. Ask for what you need you will be provided. I did not bothered to hire a taxi from outside and Fred did it all for me. My stay in the hotel was like staying in my own home. Very good for value and very peacfull place. If you want to stay away from the noise this the place to stay. Definitely I shall recomend Didas Villa and my future stay will be in Didas Viila. No problem what so ever. Thanks to Fred and the staff of Didas Villa Arusha Tanzania. All the best.

Had a last minute booking and Didas was at the airport when we arrived despite some flight adjustments. He and the staff are kind and accommodating. The lodging is a little small but sufficient for 1/2 people not intending to be in the room all day. The property is nice but rain will get you as you move about. The restaurant is a great amenity when you get back late/ don't want to go search town for food. Breakfast is complimentary and was good each morning.

This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues. We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous. This experience allowed us to understand Tanzania.

Very basic, but clean room. No air conditioning. Located 1 block off of a very loud and busy street. We did not feel safe walking around the immediate neighborhood. Staff spoke very limited English, and communication was challenging.

Charming boutique hotel My stay at this charming boutique hotel was very nice. It has a convenient location, with restaurants and a bank ATM just a short walk away. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. My room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond, arranging a late night supper, an early breakfast, and even a lunch box for my travels. They provide an airport transportation, too. Highly rec!

Didas Villa was the perfect place to stay before our Safari. The owner, Fred, met us at check-in. We arrived kind of late and very hungry. He offered to cook for us or to drive us to a restaurant. He drove us to a wonderful restaurant called Amber. It was delicious with an Indian inspired menu. After dinner we called Fred and he came to pick us up. The hospitality at Didas Villa goes far above expectations. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. The staff were all friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. Fred and the staff even surprised my mother-in-law with a birthday cake after we arrived back after a day tour. Definitely a great place to stay.

My Mum and I stayed at Didas Villa for 11 nights The owner Fred was so attentive and helpful as were All of his amazing staff Nothing was too much trouble Our stay was perfect 🤩
