部屋は、テレビが見られる部屋と寝室に別れていて安いのに広々していました。朝食も美味しく、時間を早めて欲しいと頼んだら快く受け入れてくれました。スタッフは全員親切で、フレンドリーでした。女性スタッフが多かったのも安心できました。まだ新しいホテルらしく設備も綺麗です。とてもおすすめのホテルです！

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to key attractions in Arusha. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a great variety of local and international dishes. I also loved the overall ambiance of the hotel—elegant, inviting, and truly a home away from home. I highly recommend Acres Hotel to anyone visiting Arusha. It’s a gem that deserves all the praise. They had the best customer service. We loved it especially the food, bed, warm water and kind receptionist. I would highly recommend everyone to visit them while they come to arusha

The pillows and beds were perfect for me to sleep, the showers was freezing but it felt really nice to be in, and it was nice and dark and easy to sleep
