The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance to various attractions. The rooms are new, very spacious, and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were also very helpful, promptly preparing a takeaway breakfast when requested.

The hotel environment is really great, especially the breakfast, which is very rich. Dining on the outdoor veranda on the first floor allows you to see all the hotel's greenery. It also seems to have a swimming pool. Since we left early for our safari, we didn't get to explore the hotel in depth. We only stayed for one night. The bed sheets were not fresh. The sheets were not changed from the previous guest. We arrived at nearly 4am at the hotel so we were exhausted and could not deal with waiting for someone to come and change the sheets. Therefore, we slept covered up in our clothes. I did tell the receptionist the next morning when we were checking out.

Basic hotel with everything I need for 1 night stay. Location is in town center but I didn't have time to explore. Breakfast all decent, room is basic but sheets are so rough that I couldn't sleep well without putting a towel between me and the sheets... wouldn't really stay again if not necessary.

Splendid oasis in Arusha! It has gym and pool facilities and the bed was very comfy. Perfect location for pre and post safari travels! Opposite KFC as well. Service was excellent!
