Natron Palace Hotel

I have been here for two nights in a so called Deluxe room,Sincerely speaking the services here needs to be corrected for reasons well and clearly known. Direct from the reception through to the resraurant to the rooms 1. A receptuonist does not know the services in the hotel,every issues raised they'd pause for confirmation that takes average of 1hour to get back 2. Restaurant,My wife asked for asimple lemon during breakfast by a service staff preparing eggs at breakfast time and was told HAKUNA!Next table had a european who asked lemon Tea and was servef🙂 Room-I wonder how deluxe room had no hot shower from the first day of check in,any moment i raise concerns of hot shower am told the FUNDI was there yesterday to correct it and told to let the water run for 45minuted to change the temperature its almost 5 hours desparately waiting to shower,from the time my wife boarded and currently has landed in Kenya my shower has not been acted upon. WIFI-The hardest of all,keep burfering we kept calling the reception with no assistance until we had to leave 3rd floor to connect and communicate to our family from the reception and back to the room with uncertainity

The hotel bedroom furnished is out of style. The bathroom is very small. The hotel is located right by the public market and bus station. It is very convenient walking around the city center, where there are so many businesses and banks. The staff was awesome and friendly. The hotel has no AC.

Located next to a very noisy bus park. Terrible location
