The hotel is new and the room was clean, making for a very comfortable two-night stay. It was perfect for recovering from a long-haul flight. I especially loved the coffee from the hotel's own coffee plantation and the tomatoes and lettuce from their garden.

Unexpectedly found a luxurious hotel in the otherwise unassuming Arusha. All luggage goes through security upon entry. The hotel boasts a coffee plantation and botanical gardens, offering beautiful scenery. My only disappointment was that since we checked out early, the hotel promised us breakfast boxes. We even filled out a form to select our breakfast items, only to receive a cold safari-style packed lunch instead. It's incredibly disappointing for such a luxurious hotel to make such a basic mistake.

We stayed at this place at the start and come back to stay at the end of our trip. The hotel is very clean. Service was great. Foods are delicious. There are 3 restaurants to choose from. Overall I’d recommend this place.

Great hotel. Oasis on its own. Tried most restaurants, all are good. Gym and spa are great too. Worth spending time in the hotel itself, comparing to the city itself. Great hotel for recovery from Safari trips.
