給了一個超大，風景絕佳的房間，完美。晚餐非常精美，無論是餐具還是食物。衹是有一條油炸的魚非常腥。有免費的咖啡，飲料，紅酒，晚上的小甜點內容豐富，非常好的一家温泉酒店。

很不錯的一個温泉小鎮，遊客不多，酒店有專車來車站接送，提供早餐和晚餐，可以品嚐到懷石料理，酒店有免費咖啡，冰淇淋，小甜點。服務非常周到。温泉池較小，但人多，所以也沒感覺不舒適，是一個放空的好地方。

服務人員很熱心！房間內提供的保養品很不錯！
晚餐料理沒有主動提供白米飯和味噌湯，如有需要跟服務人員說。餐後還有甜點吃到飽！
這次三月中去，居然還遇到飄細雪太幸運了！

這間鹿之湯溫泉酒店令全家十分滿意，尤其晚餐一流，之後有甜品飲品自助餐，雖然500yen 一位，十分超值。
不過唯一失望，租了私人風侶，房間無清潔，我們浸完到梳洗檯想吹頭時，發現了有之前客人‘’毛”髮，頭髮都可接受，但毛就＞_＜。
下次租這類先要檢查，再使用，唯一美中不足點！
有位後生肥肥的員工十分有禮貌，態度好好，望了問姓名，在這謝謝你！

酒店的人員整體的英語都不錯，所以完全沒有溝通困難，而且亦十分主動提供協助，非常好。
溫泉就比較細，好在入住期間旅客不多，夾到時間可以包場浸都不錯。
晚餐後提供的自助甜品很受小朋友歡迎。
