Location is really strategic. Love the pillow extra selection idea. The room is really nice and clean. The smart toilet is the latest model. It’s really value for money. It’s small room but i don’t blame the hotel as that’s my choice.  The lobby and lounge are designed beautifully. Very systematic work flow and process.

The location is fantastic! Right out of the elevator, you're in a department store with plenty of dining and shopping options.

The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was spacious. The location is super convenient, saving me the hassle of getting to the hotel from the station. Plus, there's a lovely stream and park right behind the station. The breakfast got a bit repetitive after three days, but the service was good!

The location is super convenient, right outside the JR station, to the right. It's in the same building as AEON. This is incredibly handy for people like us who take the JR every day. The hotel room isn't big, pretty compact like most hotels in Japan. However, on our first day, the hotel seemed to forget to provide bottled water. We had to go down to the supermarket and carry a bottle up ourselves. This hotel no longer offers daily room cleaning; they only provide replenishment of amenities. We weren't staying long, just 2 days, so it was acceptable.

Excellent clean hotel that provided all the basic amenities for my stay. There were other services such as laundry and ice machines. There was also a lounge area where you can have a drink and read a book they provide and huge public bath in the hotel! It was very worth the price I paid for a night. JR Asahikawa Station was located right next to the hotel so it’s very convenient for those who are looking to travel out of town via train to places such as Furano, Biei, Nayoro and Kamikawa. The staff were all very friendly and courteous too! I would definitely choose this hotel to stay in again when I come back to Asahikawa!

A bit expensive for rm500 per night place, just for an overnight stay. Theres many more hotels nearby that I think can be cheaper and provdes the same. The customer service is very good though! 100%!!!

Friendly staff and great room with decent size. Public bath is available. Excellent view from the room.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, new, and well soundproofed. There's an Aeon supermarket right downstairs, making it super convenient for any shopping needs. Getting around is a breeze too, with the JR station just a short walk away. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes directly to the zoo.

room is ok. amenity need to take ourselves and the all amenities can take form entrance. The location of this hotel is superb. Nearby have aeon and station

JR inn is one of our most favourite hotel during our Hokkaido trip. The location is super convenient with Aeon mall downstairs and many nice eateries nearby. Parking is very convenient too. Staffs are friendly and always greeted us with smile. Room size is just nice for 3 of us.

Perfect location, connected to AEON mall, right beside JR Station, good parking spot near to entrance, good service and amenities, free coffee from the lounge. We travelled in family group of grandparent, parents and kid, and it’s a great option!

It was a strategic location, at JR station. Parking 800ten per night, just beside the hotel entrance under the highway. The supermarket is just also beside the hotel.

The room was excellent! Beautiful and very clean. The location is super convenient, right next to a large Aeon mall and a JR station. Great for shopping, and there's parking available! The front desk service was also very good and polite.

Best location! Staffs were friendly and told us about the hotel facilities thoroughly. Room was in a decent size and clean! The best part of the room is the window. It looks like a beautiful wallpaper during winter time. There are many shops and restaurant just right below the hotel. Highly recommended!
