I like this hotel. Clean and great location. Car park is public. It is nearby. Just need to pay additional 1000 yen per night for the carpark.

Great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time. The front desk staff were super helpful, they stored my luggage for me and then put it directly in my room when I came back. Very convenient for extended stays.

We decided on visiting Asahikawa last minute and Art Hotel was the only one that truly fitted what we looked for, the pleasant surprise was how they upgraded our room probably because we did a last minute booking and they gave us the triple room instead so we ended up with a pleasant surprise of extra space to pack our luggage’s! The hotel is super clean and also a convenient stop point to visit outskirts as we stayed in Asahikawa but visited mountains, waterfalls & more! Parking is a little complicated, it is 2 buildings away and under times, not a big issue as u just need to cross the road to get to it, simply pay 1000 Yen a day, they will stamp your carpark ticket everytime you enter and exit. The only troublesome part would be the loading and unloading of luggage otherwise it wasn’t much of an issue for us. The city itself has nothing much but the hotel’s restaurant of western mix Chinese modern dining was really good! It is good enough to laze around the hotel & have your meals settled after a long trip. We would definitely be back for sure!

Loved the clean rooms and how there was a bus stop to the airport right in front of the hotel! The onsen had an amazing view too!

The wide variety of food at the buffet breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and spacious. It was a good stay.

Good and pleasant hotel. There is a public bath. Beds were comfortable, and the service was good. Hotel was near asahibashi.

Old hotel but have a very nice and big onsen on b1. Hotel should renovate all their remaining rooms

The hotel is quite large and, while showing its age, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's a comprehensive hotel with many facilities, and the large public bath, in particular, is better than those at other hotels I've stayed in.

Stayed during the off-season, so the room rate was very affordable. The rooms were all very clean. Although it's a bit far from JR station, about a 15-minute walk, it's still acceptable. There's a spa on the first basement floor that's open until midnight. Breakfast is on the 15th floor with a beautiful view. I booked breakfast for two days, and the menu didn't change at all. There was a decent variety of dishes, but no seafood bowls or anything like that, which was a bit disappointing. What was great, though, is that they replenished the food very frequently when it ran out.

Very convenient, and the higher floors offer great views. Many families stay here, and it's easy to get around to different places. The room was also very clean.

This is considered a large hotel in the area, not far from the city center. There are plenty of dining options within a few blocks. The hotel itself is decent, and the breakfast is plentiful. It's a good place to stay for a night if you're passing through Asahikawa.

Room was clean but extrenely small. Could hardly open 2nd suitase in the room. Location quite ok, around 10min walk to JR station/aeon mall. Given the choice, would probably choose another hotel the next round as the room was really way too small

Perfect stay, with good polite english speaking staffs. Great location, close to good restaurants ans shopping area.

Decent location, but the hotel is a bit old. They claim to have free parking, but it fills up; we had to use a nearby paid lot (¥1,000/24h). On the bright side, the room comes with free bottled water. The absolute best part is the massive public bath, which features a sauna, steam room, multiple pools (cold, warm, hot, jacuzzi), and great showers. Highly recommended, though the water pressure in the actual room shower could be improved.
