One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.
