My biggest concern was the condition od the room. For the expensive room rates, the TV was not working, the heater was blowing out cold air and the auto on/off was not working correctly, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the rooms were extremely small. There was bery little room to move around, i felt abit claustrophobic.
The staff wqs very “clickie” meaning multiple staff members would group together behind the counter and did not show an interest for guests when approaching the counter for questions.
The cafe food was super expensive and very small portions, i got a veggie burger and it had no greens and/or organic ingredients. Bring your own food. Its not worth the money.
I will not be staying at this place in the future. Better to go to the Ocean Club for similar rates.
Also, th lobby had so many outside patrons, it was very public environment, great if you want to feel like walking into a public Starbucks. Not great of you wanted to get that luxury exclusive experience for the high expensive room rates.
