This property was under construction and was noisy. We were also forced to use valet parking only and they scratched my rental car.

I reserved this room last September for convenience post a concert. The room did not meet expectations. There was a random white stain on the floor. The outlets by the bed did not work. There was a coffee machine in the room with no coffee. I believe due to the construction there was an issue with the pipes in the bathroom. I was awoken several times by a noise coming from said pipes. Upon checkout I was honest and said I didn't get any sleep. I expected some kind of accountability and did not receive it. I will not be back.

There is not a microwave (even in the suite), overnight parking is $25, the hotel is under construction, glassware in our room looked used

Hotel is completely torn apart. Rooms are tiny. Valet is a nightmare. Temporary table checkin. It naught be nice when the hotel is done but it is rough right now.

The room was gorgeous and the location is great for getting anywhere in downtown Asheville. My only complaint was the couch thing next to the bed was gross, had a bunch of stains on it. Overall 4/5

The staff was amazing. So helpful. The hotel was in remodel mode, so no bar, breakfast service. Our room needed a mirror and the suite part of the room was old looking and not inviting. Bathroom was nice tho

We stayed in 503 and it was newly renovated, absolutely beautiful and clean. Would love to return
