Comfort Inn Biltmore West

This hotel was a good stay. Overall the area was over priced for what it was. This hotel was competitively priced. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room smelled good and was clean. Free breakfast was good and clean. 

The room was decent, though a bit dated. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient—close to the highway and easy to get to breakfast. There were a couple of things that could use attention. I had trouble with the internet—it showed as connected, but it wouldn’t actually work. That was frustrating. On a positive note, the staff was super nice and very friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it was a reasonable stop for a short stay, especially if comfort and location are your main priorities.

The hotel lobby and our room was neat and clean, however, this property is in need of some serious updating. It is old and tired. There was no problems at all during our 1 night stay. Front desk young lady was so helpful and kind. Parking was great, location was excellent to restaurants and shopping.

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was clean and spacious, as was the entire place. Good breakfast, and coffee always available in the lobby.

Staff was exceptional. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, offered to arrange an Uber if needed... she was just great! Room was clean & updated and bed & pillows were super comfortable. We enjoyed our one night stay.

The hotel is old but clean. The breakfast was old and rotten fruit. The staff was nice.
