The Restoration Asheville

I booked us here for Mother's Day weekend and was astonished by the beauty and elegance of the hotel. They really go above and beyond to focus on perfecting the details, even leaving a rose and a note with our super cute picnic/breakfast basket on Mother's Day! The location is fantastic, but I will mention that every Friday night there is a drum circle in the park across the street which is loud and goes for several hours. We found the sound of it disturbing as you can hear it throughout the hotel and it made it hard to relax at the rooftop bar in peace. The bar downstairs had a solo artist play both nights we were there which was a lovely treat. I would gladly stay at this chic boutique again!

The Restoration was a great hotel and we’re so glad we stayed there! It is centrally located and right downtown making it very walkable to everything. There is some noise because of the location but we didn’t find that it bothered us that much and they provide ear plugs. The rooms are really beautiful and all of the amenities are very nice and well kept.  But what really makes The Restoration wonderful is its service. Every single person we interacted with was so incredibly kind. Truly the best hospitality we’ve ever received while traveling. From check in, to the managers to every bartender and to valet, everyone was genuine and friendly. 100/10 service.

Wow!! This beautiful hotel totally exceeded our expectations! We were having some issues with a third-party booking agent and the desk clerk Derek did an outstanding job of helping us through the challenges. Every aspect of the hotel is first class! The decor is beautiful. The room was fantastic and they offer many nice touches like a wine reception, upscale toiletries and comfortable robes and the sheets were very soft.  The hotel manager, Anna was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. If you are looking for a hotel in the downtown Asheville area, you will love this hotel! We have stayed at many nice hotels over the years, and this hotel is definitely an A+.

The hotel room was beautiful and modern. I loved the whole design of the place. The staff was fantastic, they were welcoming, helpful, provided recommendations to great restaurants and bars to visit and I loved the life music downstairs on Friday! And the little breakfast basket left by my door on my last day was a nice touch. I will return! Thank you to everyone who made my short stay so pleasant.

This hotel is amazing! The room and restaurants are everything you'd expect. The staff is always eager to offer assistance or make suggestions. Right in the middle of everything in downtown Asheville. Shopping? Right there. World class cuisine? You got it! Bar scene? Plenty to choose from. We dropped our car at the valet when we arrived and didn't need to get it back until we left. Nothing was further than a few blocks away. I can't wait to go back.

Hotel has warm, welcoming vibe. Our room was spotless, bed linens were crisp and comfy, quality of room decor was high and tasteful. Breakfast baskets were a delightful treat - very fresh pastries/fruit. Welcome hour with free wine and nibbles was a nice unexpected treat. Door men very friendly.

Absolutely amazing stay. Tons of places to eat within walking distance. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast delivered to your door was such a great treat. Rooms are luxurious with free sodas and waters.

New, modern, stylish hotel in a great location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Loved the complimentary happy hour. Will definitely stay here again!
