Ashford International Hotel worked well for a birthday weekend.Room stayed clean and cozy.Bed gave steady sleep after a long day out.Staff stayed upbeat and helpful.Breakfast offered plenty of solid options. Spa and pool felt calm and gave a good break.Location made it easy to move around Ashford. Strong pick for a simple, relaxed celebration.

Great experience

The room was a huge improvement on the one we previously had. That was ok but tired. Everything was good except for the pillows they were very poor. The bedding wasn’t to my taste but that’s just a personal preference

Breakfast wasn't amazing but overall stay was good. Enjoyed the pool and steam room, comfortable sleep as well.

Me and my wife we had great time , but there wasn’t any selection on food was quite disappointing , we went out to eat , the restaurant was local which was good The hotel was clean overall was okay

A great find. The Rooms, the food and staff were excellent. Great for pets. Close to the shuttle port. We will stay here again. Only point I could make is that they need a better area for breakfast when travelling with a dog. The low tables with settees are not ideal for eating from.

Not worth the money, They knowingly gave us a room that had broken A/c during a heatwave, had to request a fan. Our room had no fridge. We came for a wedding and a lot of guests also stayed here some had fridges , some had working a/c and some had dirty rooms along check-in Don’t be fooled by the fancy lobby area , the rooms are terrible well at least our was ! Definitely not worth £90 a hot stuffy night

Breakfast is good, friendly staff, hotel rooms are tidy and clean, we really enjoyed our two nights staying. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

The hotel was very comfortable and beds were great and clean. Not enough milk and teabags. Room was facing the main road so quite noisy

Not much to comment on room was miles away going through doors after doors.

Great service and food, love the breakfast quality which is good.

Had a lovely time, the spa and facilities are really good, and I would definitely stay again.
