Nice and clean . Breakfast fresh and delicious

Good value for money

The room was spacious for a double room; there was enough room to easily unfold a suitcase. The entrance hall and bathroom were both quite large. The apartment room had a kitchenette with basic tableware for simple cooking, which was a plus. The surrounding area felt safe; there were several supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Subway line 13 was nearby, and there were also bus options.

Sometimes the shower only had cold water and there was no improvement.

Overall, a good stay. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary cooking utensils. I will definitely come back...

Great staff! Very pleasant. However, the hotel is something else... Dirty shower curtain, really awkward shower, lots of water everywhere, housekeeping not done for the entire stay, i.e., six days. Problem with the room, then room change.

No air conditioning during the heat, unfortunately, we also couldn't do any couranderes.

Well-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker (without filters). Excellent bed. Quiet and clean area, with quick access to the metro (literally 7-8 minutes walk to Gabriel Peri station), several chain supermarkets in the area + a little further supermarket open until 23:00 Cons: the reception staff (the girl checked in) speaks only French, unfortunately. A bit surprising for a chain hotel, but not surprising for Paris. 😃

Was there with a friend, it is very good if you just want to sleep and have a car, otherwise the location is very far away

Close to the metro, convenient. Checked in earlier than expected, thanks to the team! The room is neat, the furniture and plumbing are not new. It was uncomfortable to sleep, the mattress was sliding off the frame. Also, the shower was leaking and the refrigerator worked very poorly
