Norblad Hotel

Downtown location with ample street parking available. There are few flights of stairs to climb before arriving at hotel lobby.

This is a usual stop for me over the xmas holidays; it's great to have a place with a kitchen for basecamp over the xmas stint when not much is open [Props to Astoria Cafe for hot java post holiday morning run!] There's plenty of free parking, a handful of stores and restaurants with xmas eve/day hours & plenty to do outdoors when Astoria is relatively devoid of tourists [& locals...]

Beautiful historic hotel in the center of downtown. Updated and fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free record players and vinyl for your room. Right across the street from Fort George, Breakside,

Great convenient location, friendly staff, clean room, and easy parking. Only downside was the karaoke bar across the street was open until 2:30am. There were a lot of people out on the street yelling and singing loudly until the early hours of the morning making it hard to sleep

Great location but you do hear plenty of noises from the street. Kitchen is good for grabbing some coffee.

Room was very clean, had an amazing view, but lots of light came in through the over-door blurred glass. Kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, plates, cups, bowls, plus a bottle opener which was lovely. Though we had a stovetop and oven no pans were provided in the room though likely available on request. Microwave and fridge with freezer were also in the room. Overall a really nice place, just had trouble sleeping with the light that was getting in though if you’re able to sleep with an eye mask it should be ok.

Staff was amazing and so friendly! Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! I would definitely come back!

No in room bathroom or shower, had to go 30 feet down a couple of hallways. Probably like European hostile

Really excellent value for money. Full of unique character and although our room had no bathroom the communal bathrooms were super clean and plentiful. Parking was on the street but not hard to find and the hotel is located in the heart of this quaint town.
