Fantastic views from the room and a wonderful location if you want to hike the Desfiladero de los Arrudos. The road up to the hotel is steep, but doable with a normal car and is well-signposted. However, we found the hotel itself a bit disappointing. The rooms could use a bit of maintenance - our bathroom door had somehow locked itself so we could not get back into it, and the curtains fell off the window when we tried to close it. Upon arrival, we filled out a list with our breakfast wishes and had high expectations about the home-made cake and bread. When breakfast was finally delivered the next morning (20 minutes later than agreed), it was a bit disappointing to find plastic-wrapped pieces of refrigerated bread and coffee capsules to brew coffee ourselves (not sure why I then order a latte?). It would do the location so much more justice if breakfast was served from the restaurant with actual fresh bread and coffee (and without all the plastic wrapping). Lastly, our restaurant experience in the evening was also quite mixed - even though the food was good, the waiter who was loudly snorting and sniffing whilst serving us was rather unappealing. He also dropped the cork of our wine bottle on the ground and initially put it back into the bottle. For the price level of the restaurant, we expected something better.

Modern building with fantastic staff who are very proud of their city, they are extremely helpful in advising god places to visit, eat and drink so that you can fully appreciate this lovely city. A fabulous building left from the hand of God by the town hall. You will enjoy excellent rooms, views (if there is no fog) good - depending on the room-. I understand that the location is not central, but Oviedo is not a big city, and in a short time you are anywhere, on foot. What is a pity is that the building has not been turned into a tourist destination (France or Italy would put it in the guides), leaving it to wither in isolation. We already know that Calatrava does not finish a work without anger, and the promise that the cover would move was not fulfilled. But the building is spectacular. The downside, without a restaurant in a hotel of such category, forces you to make plans away from it. People, room, cleanliness. Good Elevators should improve, bootlenecks occur. Place, not centered, but you can walk to the downtown in 10'

I love the character of this hotel, its charm is special and the rooms have a class.
This time I was disappointed by the continuous passage of people from a colloquium, the noise of the rolling plate of the room service and I had neighbors especially the second night when I heard everything: their discussion, their physical noise, their television. It was hell, and I realized I was in a larger room, a passage through a simple door communicated with the next room (109/107).
The hotel has a very good location, and it is very good for you to find a good location. On the other hand my room was quiet, but without double glass, the goods passing the night made me a party!
The restaurant Mil Cent is in the centre of the hotel, with a nice restaurant, good products, pleasant reception, excellent iberic jam, Dilmah tea.

This was a very classy hotel where we had a lovely comfortable room with excellent shower facilities. We didn’t use the bar, dining facilities or breakfast because we were worn out from our travelling the previous day and just wanted to get a rest. I’d recommend the city because it has a beautiful old town that is a short walk from the hotel. We happened to stay when the San Mateo festival was finishing so were able to enjoy some of the street music and activities that happened over the weekend.

Great place for travelling in Oviedo and local towns. Weather was generally hot and sunny, Liked Location was fantastic with proximity to the bus and train station with a large supermarket between them. The route to the Cathedral and old town was a fifteen minute walk which went through the main shopping center. The Tourist Office was about halfway and very helpful. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the staff friendly. It was pleasant having a coffee outside at the cafe next door. The food appeared competitive. I was quite angry initially however as it appeared staff hadn't prepared the room properly in that there was no soap and toiletries, no glass and a virtually blocked sink. Coincidentally I hadn't taken my own toiletries for the first time I can remember as I never usually need them. Everything was sorted but not immediately.

The hotel is well located, comfortable rooms the stick would be the general cleaning of the room and we had an inconvenience with the jacuzzi that after it was set on, I don't stop droping, All night droping and I am very sensitive to sounds when sleeping with a dream and light and disturbed me all night

We booked this hotel due to its location not far from Real Oviedo football ground. We visited Oviedo for my son’s birthday and to go to football match. Room was triple deluxe room which was large enough for the 3 of us. Bathroom was large and more than adequate. Shower very powerful. Toiletries included, including toothpaste and toothbrushes. Beds were comfortable and wardrobe large enough for what we needed. Cafe in the hotel was nice and very reasonably priced. Staff in cafe and on reception were lovely Downside - air conditioning did not work in room and when I spoke to reception they said that it had been turned on - it seems that this is centrally controlled and even though we turned room temperature down to 16 and turned fan high, we could not get the air conditioning to work which meant the room was far too hot and I slept approx 8 hours over 3 nights due to the heat. Another issue was we were shocked to discover there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room - we have never been to a hotel that did not provide tea and coffee and we found this a huge let down

Outstanding
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very modern feel and relaxing with very comfy beds. Only a short drive into Gijón as well and just off of the A8 road so really easy to get to. We thought the food at dinner was fairly overpriced but portions were very generous. However, the bread was charged at €2.50 per person and you were only given two small slices with no butter and a small bowl of olive oil. We also found the breakfast to be underwhelming. The mains included in the breakfast price were small and were odd combinations. The staff and the facilities (gym and pool) made the experience though and I would probably stay here again.
Very conveniently located -- I walked to and from the bus station, and most of the main attractions were also an easy walk away. There are also bus stops and a laundromat nearby, and restaurants beside and across it. The hotel is modern and had great (polite and understatedly nice) customer service. My room was cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Got two nights of good sleep on the bed, and the bathroom was clean and had all the comforts I needed.
We specifically booked at this hotel for the Spa and Swimming Pool facilities to revive our weary bodies as we were hiking and cycling the Camino Del Norte . After check in we were advised that the Spa is closed and the swimming pool only opens on 1 June. This was not mentioned on their website or on ***********. The receptionist was unwelcoming and didn't bother to greet us. When we asked for a cup of hot water, the man that delivered it to our room almost broke the door down and was very rude to us. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is adjacent to an industrial area and we experienced noises throughout the night. The bed was terribly hard and I rolled around all night. You would be far better off to travel an extra 20 km and stay in Tapia de Casariego on the beach.

GGuest UserWe are sitting on the indoor terrace, table of 6. We are informed before we ask that after 12 p.m. the price of coffee rises 1 euro and the rest of the drinks from there to the top. We ask and at 10 minutes we come to pick up towels, paperboard etc .... We ask you if they were thinly throwing us and the good girl tells us that as if we want to sit there until 8 a.m. The hotel is very good, but it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very good, and it is very What was the hotel Luzana with its restaurant Serrana, symbol of Avilés can never compare****.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great .. Very well located in front of San Lorenzo beach. The staff who took great care of us ... We had a little problem when making the reservation and it was fixed immediately. Very clean installations .. A 10
GGuest UserA three-star hotel normal to spend a few days.To say something I don't like is that it has no air conditioning in the rooms, and the day of arrival to a hell heat in the room , Another thing I don't like is the little parking space that has if you go a little late to the night may not have parking. The facilities in if you may be a little out of time, the opening of the room is done with the key of the whole life iron instead of having the Typical card .As for the 10 staff at both the reception and the cafe and restaurant.About the food say that the breakfast type buffet is quite varied but does not have a cook who can make you a couple of frite eggs The menu of the food can't tell you why we've spent the days out but the dinner you have letters or meals combined these lasts at a good price.
