Hotel & Spa Maria Manuela

I bought a family pack for 2 adults and 2 children with access to the spa and dinner included. The check-in is only from 15 a.m. I haven't received any more specific information from the hotel. I check in around 17:00 and I am informed that children have access to the pool only from 13:00 and with the last entry at 16:30, so they couldn't go to the pool anymore. A serious failure in the hotel communication occurred because I bought a pack with access to the pool that was not possible to do. Fortunately, the receptionist who was at night was not the same and was quite understanding the situation, allowing us to enjoy the spa in the family the next day between 13 and 14:30.

To start the road up to the hotel is a bit gnarly if you follow a Sat nav but there is an alternative which is a bit easier. The secure underground parking is a massive bonus with direct access to the rooms. Check in was so easy with broken Spanish and Google translate with exceptionally friendly staff. The room on entrance was spotlessly clean with the air con running so it was already at a comfortable temperature. The room was well appointed with a fridge and hair dryer and plenty of storage. There was plenty of space around the pool with no need for the crack of dawn sun bed dash. The breakfast was a normal fair of cooked and pastries, nothing special but more than adequate however the evening meal was the same every night and quite expensive for what it was. This may be an issue if you don’t have transport away from the hotel. The position of the hotel is quite remote so it would be a mission to walk to an alternative restaurant. The views from the hotel are stunning from the outside lounge area and if you are lucky enough to have a balcony room. So the upshot of the review is great hotel, excellent friendly staff, beautiful location spotlessly clean. The only downside is the evening meal options but if you have transport this is a non issue as there are plenty of alternatives available. So, would we recommend this hotel, absolutely and can’t wait to visit again

Simple hotel, very clean everything, acceptable sleep quality everything new and in good condition, (better bed protectors that are very plastic, sound and not sweat, there are better quality). After booking a double room we received one on the floor of about 30 m2 with 5 beds. Fully burdy where only in the row at the feet of the 2 beds that are together in the center you don't give on the roof, (...agach**** to the lift**** of bed, in front of the washing machine, in front of the wc...) a ”burn” in the entrance next to a bed, The breakfast is abundant, especially in industrial box and 2ª fibers. To spend a few nights and know the wonderful area is appropriate because the Quality price relationship is correct but it is neither ”fantastic”, nor ”genial”, nor ”improved”.

We were 12 days for Asturias. The first 8 in Luanco and we wanted to meet another area of Asturias and booked 4 nights in this hotel, seeing the photos of the website and talking to the staff directly. At last we booked a top room for which we paid just double The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. What was our surprise when we arrived that there was no balcony run anyone in addition to that we wanted to rest a little while sleeping the sesta and between the noise of the motorway (right behind) and the noise of a short grass there was no way to rest . The bathroom door was not closed, screwed on the floor and the shower was ugly (foto attached) . The breakfast was not bad, but every day the same, of york jam salad and cheese, there was no variety, in addition to having to express your oranges in a expresser that touched all the world and puts yourself out of the very dirty juice. We paid € 140 per night, just twice as much as in the previous hotel and the caprich we wanted to give us became an impressive cabble.
