The hotel is a resort, the overall environment is very beautiful and very fresh, will want to stay in the hotel and not go out. The sunrise view is very good. But they said there will be a new restaurant near the hotel in 1 month. However, the restaurant is just as beautiful, big and comfortable. Another is that it was said to have free sailing boat service but the same said under maintenance so there is no seat. If you want to take a sailboat to watch the sunset you have to arrange a separate car out of the city (the fee is rather expensive so we go out to find ourselves). Conclusion: Overall environment/service full marks, but not very convenient.

Although the restaurant food is okay, the price/performance ratio is low. The location of the restaurant is very far away. It is very troublesome to have to take a golf cart and transfer to the bus to get there. There are many game rooms and gyms in the introduction, but I don’t know where they are at all. In short, although I feel that the employees try their best to serve customers well, there seem to be some problems with communication and internal handover. What was agreed one day is still a mess the next day. Nonetheless, the room is clean, the bathroom supplies are comfortable, and the bed is comfortable. If the service and distance issues can be solved, it should be a good hotel.

The hotel environment is very good, the hardware is very new, it should be the best in Aswan except the Old Falls, but don't book a garden view room, you must pay extra to book a Nile view room or above. The garden view room is super small, only about 10 square meters, the most outrageous thing is that the toilet is not in the room, but next door. Although it is not public and is exclusive to the guests in the room, it is still inconvenient if you need to go out to use it.

If you can accept a hotel without service, then you can check in. I booked a room on Ctrip, but when I arrived at the front desk, I was told that only one person could stay in the King bed room. Two people would need to pay an additional 66 USD per night. Through effective communication and negotiation with Ctrip, we checked in at a reasonable price. I have to praise Ctrip for being reliable. During the communication, we asked to check in first and wait for Ctrip's reply before paying at the front desk. The front desk asked us to pay by credit card or go to the room alone to put our luggage. It was speechless. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and were afraid that we would run away. I had a quarrel with the front desk, and the manager came and agreed to check in first. I wanted to go to the restaurant for dinner in the evening (because there was nothing around the hotel), but I had to take a shuttle bus. But to be honest, the restaurant's dishes were of good quality and the price was reasonable, but I had to wait for the car to pick me up after eating. As for the service, there was cleaning every day, but no water. I asked the front desk and they said they would deliver it in a while, but there was no bottle of water for 2 days. The hotel is full of small villas: the 1st and 3rd floors are public areas, and the 2nd floor has 3 guest rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds over the river, and one with no view (the bathroom is in the corridor). My friend and I booked rooms with king-size beds, which meant we were arranged in 2 villas.

Facilities: Complete facilities, everything you need, but it is too far from the city, and you have to take a car to get there for breakfast, which is very inconvenient. Hygiene: The hygiene is average, the garden view room has a shared bathroom, and the shower floor is relatively dirty. The other two rooms have private bathrooms, which will be much better. Don't have too high expectations. The biggest bug of the hotel is the single-family villa, which has three room types. If you don't pay attention when booking for the first time, you can't stay in a villa with multiple rooms of the same room type! In the end, it feels that most of the Chinese who stayed there were deceived. In this case, contact the front desk to change someone who can speak Chinese.

I spent more than a week in Egypt, and the most annoying day was here. Choose carefully, not recommended, too remote, and the drivers in southern Egypt asked for exorbitant prices, which was not cost-effective. If you are not going for a particularly in-depth tour, it is recommended to return to Luxor after Cairo. Otherwise, almost everyone intends to cheat, and all the prices will change.
