Hotels in Aswan are generally quite pricey, but this one offers decent value for money in comparison. It's conveniently located near KFC and McDonald's, and the breakfast restaurant on the sixth floor offers a view of the Nile. The room was a standard double, actually a bit newer than it appeared in the photos, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The back of the elevator is transparent, which was a little startling when I first noticed it, haha.

Walking distance from Aswan train station. Less than a minute walk to the Nile River. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were good. Shower only had a curtain on the back side so the water was all over the floor on the side but not bad. The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Only stayed one night but had a good stay. Would stay again.

The hotel is located very close to the Nile River, and the view from the room window overlooks the Movenpick Hotel. The breakfast area also had a great view. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of hot water. The heating was a great help as it was cold at night. The receptionist was very kind. The location is also good, just a 10-minute walk from Aswan Station through the souk. I highly recommend it.

The shower wasn't working, and the drain was clogged. There were also almost no amenities provided.

The cigarette smell in the room was so strong that I asked to switch rooms. They gave me Febreze and told me to try using it, saying if it didn't work, they'd switch me, and suggested airing out the room, lol. I couldn't stand it anymore and insisted on changing rooms. I ended up wasting an hour like that, but once I switched, there was no smell, and the new room was perfectly fine, lol.

The service is excellent. At night, it's close to the souk, so it can get noisy outside; earplugs are a must. The location with the Nile view restaurant is fantastic, and the food is delicious, but it's a shame there's a lot of trash scattered near the hotel entrance and stray dogs around. Despite that, I had no inconvenience whatsoever during my stay.

Great location. Breakfast was really bad, and the shower water was difficult to adjust. The location is truly excellent.

We got two rooms on the first floor facing a very busy street. We heard lots of noises from outside and couldn’t sleep for most of the night.

I didn't eat there. There's no hairdryer in the room. If you're staying in Aswan, I recommend a higher-grade hotel.

The location is excellent and convenient. The front desk service is very good, the breakfast is decent and filling, the rooms are large and nice, and there's a century-old elevator. I stayed twice; the first time the room was very large, and the bed was also very big; the second time it was a standard twin room. Overall, it was good value for money.

The hotel is located in a bustling area of Aswan, a great location right next to a market. The downside is that it can be quite noisy at night, though not to the point of keeping me awake.
The hotel is generally clean. The rooms have welcome fruit. The water pressure is strong, but the water temperature is difficult to adjust. However, for this price, it's excellent. If you're going to the Abu Simbel hotel in the morning, they provide a breakfast box.

There is a McDonald's near the hotel. There was welcome fruit, but no bottled water. The shower temperature was inconsistent, with both cold and hot water coming out, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant on the 7th floor included bread, jam, boiled meats*, ham, vegetables, yogurt, coffee, tea, and milk. The breakfast was good. There was no kettle or toothbrush. There was shampoo and soap.
