The location is within walking distance to the funicular to Atami Castle . Shuttle service are available to and from Atami Station .

It was quite hard to find the hotel parking area with navigation app. the hotel was a bit old, but we had a wonderful time with the friendly local people

It was trash, there were cockroaches in the room, the room pictures didn't match the actual room, and the two-bedroom apartment was turned into a one-bedroom apartment. The food was terrible, and the front desk had a poker face and terrible service. Thank you to Ctrip for their patience and promptness in coordinating the arrangements. It was a world of difference.

The guys who shuttled us to the parking lot were very polite. The buffet was okay. I stayed on the 8th floor, so the view was great.

There is an uncomfortable smell as soon as you enter the room. In terms of meals, the buffet is limited by time periods, and it is crowded when picking up meals. In short, it is a very average experience. The price increased significantly on the night of the fireworks display, but it still has a price advantage compared to surrounding hotels.

I stayed here on the day of the fireworks festival. The hotel is old, but the rooms are clean. There are many ocean-facing rooms, so the fireworks are right in front of you, which is great. The dinner buffet includes all-you-can-drink alcohol, which is great for alcohol lovers.

I was able to relax in a spacious room. The meals were buffet style, which was great for the elderly, as they could choose what they wanted. I would definitely like to use this facility again next time.

The hotel has rich food, the room is clean, Atami is super fun, the market is lively, there are many delicious foods, it is wonderful, it is absolutely fun 👍👍👍

The room was large, with plenty of space for six people, and the soup was very comfortable. It was just across from the fireworks display. There are restaurants and 711 nearby.

The room condition, size, food, and hot springs were all good value for money, and it was a decent hotel. However, the reason I gave it one star was because: 1. When I used Google Maps to find the hotel via rental car, it only led me to the back of the building, which was on a hillside road. Even the lobby counter knew this. I wish the hotel would take corrective action with Google. 2. The travel platform didn't provide any additional information beyond the "free dedicated parking" description. The actual parking lot was about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel, and there was no space in front of the hotel to park, check in, or unload. I rented a car, but I was frustrated because I couldn't find the parking lot entrance.
