Good location esp for FIREWORKS but it is totally outdated! The free hotel shuttle is also a good point.

Very popular onsen resort with local families. But because of the sheer number of people at the resort, the later buffet times do not work so well, as food would run out. Food is ok, but seems like the a very select few locals manager to order lots of giant crab legs somehow which made us super envious. The resort is very dusty and triggered my allergy, will not be coming back.

The room for a family of three, I saw 6 pairs of slippers and a very large Japanese-style room as soon as I entered the door. Maybe this room can accommodate more people? The room is in good sanitary condition, and the facilities are slightly old, but it does not affect the use. There are two hot springs, and hot springs can be soaked almost all day, separated by men and women. It is very close to the Atami Fireworks Festival. In fact, we could have watched it in the room, but because we didn't know the terrain, we chose to go to the park. There are Chinese service staff, and communication is very convenient. The sea view room is really super cool ~ I like it. This area is much quieter than the area near Atami Station. There are some small restaurants around that are very distinctive, and the seafood is fresh and delicious. If I come to Atami again, I will choose Onoya.

The room is large and well-equipped, but it is a bit old. There are a number of free karaoke rooms, a game room, a mahjong room, billiards, table tennis, a huge Roman hot spring, a Japanese hot spring, and three or four family hot springs. There are nearly ten different styles of yukata to choose from.

I forgot to take pictures. This is a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. During the May Day holiday, there were mostly Japanese families. The rooms are indeed old, but the location is excellent. The scenery faces the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. It is very close to the fireworks festival. The service staff has a good attitude, but there are not enough staff, especially when eating. The two meals feel good. At least there is enough salmon and sweet shrimp. It’s just that there are too many people. This price is very cost-effective during the May Day holiday

It was the day of the fireworks display, so it was very crowded, and the restaurant was understaffed. The east building where I stayed has one elevator, and there is a traffic jam. I didn't make it in time for the fireworks, so I walked up from the 2nd floor to the 10th floor. The room was a corner room with a great view of the fireworks. However, cleaning is not perfect. There was dust and hair left on the floor, and I wondered if the previous customer had left the inside of the refrigerator. Sand was falling.

A family of three travels, the room is very large, there is a Japanese-style living room, in addition to 2 beds, you can also sleep on tatami. The room faces the sea, and the firework festival can also see fireworks. It is far away from the tram station. There is a free shuttle bus from Atami Station, or you can get there by bus. You can take a bath in the hotel, and you can also make reservations for entertainment such as karaoke, table tennis, and billiards.

I think the Roman bath is very wonderful. In comparison, the Hana no Yu open-air bath was disappointing. The room was spacious and oceanfront, so I was very satisfied, but the Roman bath and dining area were far away, so my 93-year-old mother had a hard time moving around. There were steps everywhere, so the hotel felt old. The reception staff were not very helpful, and when I asked for directions to Kinomiya Shrine, they told me to go back to the station and ask there. I returned to the station and changed to another bus, but was surprised when I passed by the hotel. I wish they had been a little more polite.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was not delicious. All-you-can-drink alcohol at dinner was good.

All staff have first-class service attitude

The Roman bath was very spacious and great. I feel like everyone else is trying their best. If there is only this service in this price range, it is enough.

It is an old large hot spring hotel, and now it is suitable for the price, but the cost performance is good. The Roman bath is quite large and you can take a bath comfortably. I think it's completely possible to stay here just to take a bath. The room was large with a sea view and had both twin beds and a tatami room. If there are 3 people, 1 person will sleep on a futon in a Japanese-style room. The meal was a buffet, and the alcohol was all-you-can-drink with self-service. Content is worth the price. To be honest, I felt some inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Due to the lack of staff, we had to wait for the buffet to be replenished, the futon was not prepared (I told the front desk and had it laid out during dinner), and the cleaning was not perfect. However, considering the price, location, and facilities, it can't be helped. If you want all of the location, facilities, and attentive service, a hotel that costs more than twice as much as here is better. Conversely, if it is divisible, it is recommended.

There is a hot spring, and the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good👍
