施設は清潔に保たれていて心地よく過ごせました。特に入浴施設は温泉かけ流しで気持ち良く入浴できました。
料理も良く考えられていて金額相当の満足度が得られました。
全体的にサービスも良くまた宿泊したいと思います。

Excellent stay in Atami Sekitei with family. The service was amazing (special kudos to Mariko but also the rest of the staff). The food was also amazing. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Accessibility: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ View From the room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In-hotel convenience :⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Meal: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 満開の梅の木を楽しみながら、ゆっくり過ごしました。客室の半露天風呂も2階のベットルームもゆったりしていて、リラックス！スタッフの皆さんも優しく、ルームサービスの選択も多くとてもありがたかったです。お部屋に入るところのアプローチが縁側みたいで、これもgood! この縁側の障子が全開になるので、1階の和室からお庭がドーンと見渡せるようになります。

大変素晴らしかったです。高級旅館ということで緊張しましたが、足の悪い私たちに合わせて椅子をお部屋の中に用意してくださったり、中居さんがきさくに接してくださいました。お料理も大変おいしかったです。彼もこんなにおいしいのは食べたことがないと感動していました。温泉もゆったりと入れて、お部屋から手ぶらで利用できるのがよかったです。高級旅館の気遣いとすばらしさが心地よく、お部屋にもどってもゆっくりとしたよい時間を過ごさせていただきました。良い記念旅行となりました。機会がありましたらまた利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

ロビーがある棟の3階にある二人用の一般客室に宿泊しました。 深夜、異臭で目を覚ましました。最初は同行者のトイレの匂いかと思いましたがそうではなく、トイレに備え付けのシンクから立ち上ってきた下水の匂いでした。 目が覚めるレベルの下水臭というのは初めての経験でした。 臭いはトイレのシンクと、隣接する部屋風呂の脱衣所にある洗面台からも立ち上っていました。 その旨をアンケートに記載したものの、届いたのはテンプレートの挨拶&宿泊お礼メールのみでした。 自分たちだけたまたまかな……？と思ったのですが宿泊レビューを見て回ったところ同じような経験をされている方もいるようです。 他の棟の客室や離れの状況は分かりませんが、ロビー棟の一般客室を利用予定の方は注意してください。相当な匂いです。 今回、トイレの扉をしっかり閉め切っていなかったことも部屋ににおいが充満した原因でした。トイレの扉は完全に閉めてください。 臭いが立ち上ってきたらシンクのお水を流しっぱなしにするなどの対策をとると和らぐかもしれません。 あと、匂い以外にもバリアフリーの概念があまりない施設ですのでお年を召した方、足腰が弱い方、車いす使用の方、転倒しやすい方の利用はお勧めしません。 大浴場は露天風呂のみです。今回冬場の宿泊でしたので知らずに行ってしまい、真冬の寒空の下での洗髪と体洗いでかなり凍えました。 寒さが厳しい時は洗髪、体洗いは予め部屋風呂で済ませ大風呂へは浸かるだけの状態にしておいた方が良いです。

接客が素晴らしい！ 笑顔でお出迎えいただき本当に気分がいいです。 離れのお部屋に何度か泊まらせていただきましたが どのお部屋も素晴らしく 広すぎる位ですが毎回のんびりと寛がせていただいてます。 お部屋までの道も風情があり 鯉の餌やりなど軽く散歩する事ができます。 館内の温泉もとても気持ちがよく、 お食事も夕食、朝食共に本当に美味しく、いつも楽しみです！ これ以上素晴らしい旅館に未だ出逢えていません。 最近は行けていませんが また利用させていただきます！
