We stayed one night and really enjoyed the amenities, especially on a rainy day. The private onsen was wonderful, and the communal baths were fantastic. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent and well worth the money. Overall, the property offers a relaxing and comfortable experience. There is some room for improvement. The television only offered Japanese channels, so adding a smart TV with streaming options would be a nice upgrade for international guests. We were also disappointed by the policy not allowing guests with tattoos to use the communal pools, which may be limiting for some travelers. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great amenities, food, and a memorable onsen experience.

Room was adequate size and good enough. Staff was great. We lost our key card and it was returned by an outsider. We got it from reception. Dinner n Breakfast was good varieties. Enough to fill us happily. Great value ,,,,

The spring is really nice and clear. The view for fireworks is awesome, close and avoid from the crowds. There are free ice shaving on the ground floor but not available at night which was a bit disappointed as I would like to have it after spring.

Very good hotel with private onsen in room. Price is reasonable. Service from reception (Nepalese with good English ) is very good, helping whenever they can.

Hotel with seaview and open air Onsen. Breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel was nice.

The location is great, but you can't enjoy the view while bathing because you have to use the black curtain to avoid being completely visible from the outside. I highly recommend the nearby Nakajima Fisheries Market, where they sell unusual fish and will prepare them into sashimi for you if you pay.

A forgotten dinner, delicious and well worth it. The location is excellent, right by the sea, and you can see the full view of the fireworks in front of the hotel. The room has an open bath, which is worth the money.

Don't choose this hotel. The hotel service is very bad. The view from the room is very bad. Some rooms in the hotel are completely blocked by the building next to it. The building looks like a ruin, which is disgusting. They refused to allocate other rooms to us. The foreign female manager of the hotel deliberately allocated this room to us. It is extremely inappropriate to allocate this room to us even though there are other rooms. If you choose this hotel, you will have the opportunity to be allocated this room, and he will tell you that other rooms are full, which will completely affect your mood for traveling and you can't stay there at all.

I used this hotel for a trip with my girlfriend. The view, service, and amenities were all wonderful. The bathroom in the room was especially large and very nice. The amenities were all high-quality, and it was fun trying them all out. For this location and price, with a private bathroom in the room, I think it's a great deal!

It was my first time to visit Atami. I chose this hotel because the room had a private hot spring bath and it was right next to the beach. There was a street and park full of cherry blossoms.

It's nice to have a private hot spring~ The hotel reception is small, but it's right by the sea, and the scenery is very beautiful. It's a little far from JR, but you can take the bus, which is also very convenient. The cherry blossoms nearby are beautiful~
