Hotel Sunmi Club

This is the best hotel reservation I have ever made. The room I booked faces the sea. The room is very large, with a table in the hall and two tatami mats in the bedroom. The hot spring is also very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is particularly good. Highly recommended.

The only available room was on the mountain side, so I couldn't see anything, but the room was very spacious for single occupancy. The observation bath on the 10th floor offers a spectacular view of Atami Bay. There is a convenience store where you can buy drinks and alcohol 24 hours a day. It was nice that the alcohol was pretty cheap.

I booked a Japanese-style room for 4 people. The room was pretty good. This hot spring is special. The meals are self-service. You can also call a taxi service. There is a moa art museum nearby that is worth visiting. It is also close to the viewing area of ​​the fireworks display. Not far, overall good. It was more convenient to take a taxi from Atami Station.

Come for the Atami Fireworks Festival. One night, two meals and one night in a four-person room costs RMB 7,600, which is usually only RMB 1,800. We are on the 7th floor, a somewhat old Japanese-style room, more than 50 square meters with a large terrace and a great panoramic sea view. The balcony faces directly to the fireworks display platform. But the hotel still recommends going to the beach for more shock. In order to attract guests, the local area has circled the best and most upright steps on the seaside only for hotel guests to sit, giving it a truly VIP look. It takes five minutes to walk back to the hotel for a bath, and you can’t get a taxi after the show, so it’s worth it. Although the fireworks last only 35 minutes, the scene is grand, so beautiful and shocking. The food in the hotel is a buffet in the morning and evening. The taste is average. The steak for dinner is good and the tempura is big enough🍤The children like it.

Booked 3 stays in my current Japan trip and this was my last accommodation. Location: Hotel Sunmi Club, 〒413-0023 Shizuoka, Atami, 和田浜南町Wadahamaminamicho, 5−8 ホテル・サンミ倶楽部 Location: 20-30 minutes bus ride from Atami station. This onsen town is popular among local tourists - especially during the Golden Week. This place was crowded and definitely warmer than Tokyo and Yamanaka. It's a walking distance to many attractions like Atami ropeway, Atami Castle, Adult meuseum, trick eye meuseum, Atami beach, Ginza and more! Price and amenities The room was equipped with basic goodies - toiletries, bidet and drinking water, Yukata, slippers and comb. And also some facial product from Kracie. The room was huge but very old looking. The aircon was too warm to sleep so we open up the window to cool the room before we settle in. There was plenty on snacks and tea inside the room for you to have a zen night in. The dinner and breakfast spread was really good! It's definitely a plus point! You'll get to eat different kind of Japanese food in one sitting! The bed was decently soft and comfortable. I did had a good night sleep. The onsen was rather small and doesn't look clean. They had weird timing allocated for male and female to use the outdoor onsen. Overall a interesting stay! If I had a choice again, I would probably skip this place. For the price of ¥700/night I expected more, the restrictions for onsen timing to meal time was too short and rushed. The staffs here were all very friendly.

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room facing the ocean. It feels old, but it is well-cleaned, the room is spacious, and there is a sofa set, so we were able to relax comfortably. We were on the 7th floor, so we could see the ocean right in front of us, the Atami cityscape to the left, and the night view was also very beautiful. We chose the cheapest plan with two meals, but it came with one golden-eyed trout for each person, and the portions were just right and delicious. We were able to help ourselves to rice, miso soup, and dessert, and we also had a soft serve ice cream that we made ourselves, which we enjoyed. The large public bath is on a rotating basis for men and women, and it was unfortunate that only one side had an open-air bath. The view from the open-air bath was also very beautiful. The price was relatively cheap, the room was spacious, and the view was good, so we would like to use it again.

I had high hopes for the ocean view, but when I opened the window, there was a large facility in front of me. The room was spacious with a Japanese-style room, but overall it felt old and smelled a little musty. It was a weekday and it didn't look so crowded, so I asked the front desk if I could change the room, but they said it wasn't possible. Even though the hotel is generally old, I was looking forward to the ocean view, so it was a pity that I could have been satisfied with just the view. The morning buffet was rich in variety and delicious. The staff were all smiles and kind.
