Hotel staff are very patient and helpful in ginving guidance on the means of transportation to different tourist spots! Restaurant staff are very friendly too! The private bath in my room is excellent, I can enjoy both the day and night views while bathing in the hot spring in my room!

I had booked and fully paid for two adult rooms for the night of September 8th. On September 7th, around 5 PM, Macau Airlines announced my flight cancellation because Typhoon Signal No. 8 had been hoisted in Macau. The flight was subsequently rescheduled for the following day. I had already requested to either cancel or postpone my room booking. I subsequently decided to reschedule my stay for the night of September 9th and even provided the airline's notification regarding the typhoon-induced flight cancellation. A staff member called me to discuss the situation, but my request for a one-night postponement was ultimately denied. I'm extremely unhappy and find this absolutely unreasonable! 😡 I clearly explained that the postponement wasn't my choice but was due to the typhoon grounding all flights✈️ – a clear force majeure event. There is no valid reason to reject such a request; this is simply unacceptable! I'm certain other hotels wouldn't treat their guests this way! Consequently, the two rooms for the night of September 8th remained unoccupied.

This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.
