I chose SOKI ATAMI in Atami, and it was beautiful even on a cloudy day. You can also make sachets for free (all materials are from local plants) and DIY tea. In the evening, there's an Omakase dinner, which was fantastic! The breakfast the next day was also great!

This is a wonderful place, words can't even describe it. 💔💔 SOKI ATAMI turned out to be one of those places you genuinely don't want to leave. It's been a long time since I felt such regret checking out after only two nights. I really loved the hotel's concept and attention to detail. Especially the in-room onsen. It's located in the bathroom, but during the August heat, this actually proved more convenient: you could enjoy a hot bath while staying in a cool room. The in-room toiletries are another big plus, all very high quality. We also visited the communal onsen, and in the evening, we stopped by the bar on the top floor: Fuji Whisky, the terrace, and the night view of Atami. A very cohesive place with the perfect atmosphere. We would gladly return again.

The staff are incredibly welcoming. The rooms are unbelievably comfortable and spacious. Each room has a magnificent private onsen on the balcony. The kimonos provided for changing are very comfortable, and there are plenty of toiletries. Traditional breakfast is served.

Wonderful experience very Classical Japanese style. Amazing dinner with open kitchen. Charcoal grill and all courses was seasonal and delicious. The room is super clean and enjoyable

Fantastic zen hotel in this beautiful coastal town. So close to the city centre yet feels a lifetime away once you’re inside. The onsen and the breakfast were fabulous. Highly recommend!
