Hotel Grand Bach Atami Crescendo Reviews

When I first checked in, I thought it was a bit ordinary, and the facilities did not reflect the price, but after dinner, I took back my opinion. The dining standard here is really high, whether it is dinner or breakfast, it is of a very high standard.

Great hotel on the hilltop, all rooms are overlooking atami city skyline. Room is spacious and well equipped. Complimentary Drink and snack are provided between 3-5:30 to enjoy with the sunset.Dinner are full courses western menu with using mainly local ingredients as recipes to highlight the Japan culinary culture. Just one minor point is that, the hotel is quite far from other spots , it takes 15 mins to call a taxi for going out to downtown or nearest JR station. 山顶上的大酒店，所有房间都俯瞰着热海市的天际线。房间宽敞，设备齐全。在3-5:30之间提供免费饮料和小吃，以欣赏日落。晚餐是全套西式菜单，主要使用当地食材作为食谱，以突出日本烹饪文化。 有一点是，酒店离其他地方很远，叫出租车去市中心或最近的JR车站需要15分钟。 总的来说，这是一个度假和放松的绝佳度假胜地，强烈推荐给所有喜欢温泉和安静环境的旅行者。

The service and the staff were wonderful. The large public bath was not a hot spring due to renovations, but the bath in the room was a hot spring, which was very satisfying. The food also brought out the best flavor of the ingredients, was beautiful to look at, and delicious. I would like to visit again.

The accommodation is comfortable, the service is very good, the food in the restaurant is of high quality and the environment is first-rate. I will definitely stay here again next time

The water in both the room bath and the large public bath was lukewarm, so I couldn't warm up at all, so I warmed up my body in the sauna.

I stayed here after a concert at the MOA Museum of Art. You can definitely catch a taxi once you get off at the station, but it's best to catch one at the MOA Museum of Art if possible. This is because it is located further into the mountains after passing the MOA Museum of Art. From the restaurant with a great view, you can see the ocean, especially Hatsushima Island. There didn't seem to be any restaurants nearby, so I chose the plan that included meals, which was a great choice. It was a wonderful French meal that brought out the best in the local ingredients. It was a wonderful time to enjoy delicious food while watching the ocean and the town lights come on at dusk. The room has a hot spring, and hot spring water flows all the time. I was injured at the time, but the scars are no longer noticeable, so I realized the effectiveness of the hot spring. The food the next morning was also wonderful, and I could feel the warmth of the people in everything, which I was truly grateful for. I was touched by the depth of the natural blessings of Atami's sea and mountains. The people at the inn were also relaxed, and full of wit and humor. At breakfast, you introduced us to local specialties and came up with some great jokes, which we really enjoyed. We look forward to seeing new jokes and will be back soon.

I had a relaxing time with my family. The scenery is also great. Both the bath and the indoor open-air bath are comfortable. The staff treated me very well and made me feel very welcome.

Access was difficult to understand, and it took a long time to arrive because there was no detailed description on the HP. It was a very good hotel and there were many considerations, but there were many things that were not good enough for dinner, which was a pity. I have stayed at the Auberge many times, but there are other cheaper and better accommodations, so it's a shame. (Some of the fresh fish are not fresh enough, the vegetables are not cooked enough, the desserts are not delicious, the mignardises are damp and not delicious, the tea is not properly extracted, etc.) I'm looking forward to it, so I think it will be difficult to repeat if there is no improvement...

I have stayed here several times, but this was my first visit in a year and a half due to COVID-19. I was always comforted by the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable service at the restaurant.
