Our stay was fantastic at this hotel. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel driver in a lovely car and he was really friendly. Gave us lots of tips for our stay and even told the hotel it was my wife’s birthday so they put champagne in the room on arrival and a little cake at breakfast. All the hotel staff were really friendly, the spa and pools are great and hotel was very modern. It’s a really good location just a short walk from the old town and there are free bicycles to use. We had a great stay

Look no further, because this boutique hotel is excellent. Its location is unbeatable (400 m way from Scaliger Castle) and the private beach is such a welcome feature. The hotel’s interiors and grounds are both manicured and beautiful. Rooms are super clean and spacious (we stayed in junior suite with a lake front). Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The views of the Lake Garda are so therapeutic. They would nurture your soul, while the thermal water pool (temp. 27 C) would rejuvenate your body. Add a 7-day Spa treatment into the mix, as we did, and you would be one relaxed and happy person. Service is top-notch. Nothing is a problem or a bother for the hotel’s personnel. Gloria, Francesca, Sofia, Gerardo and Alessandro, to name but a few, would resolve any of your requests/concerns with a genuine appreciation that you are on vacation and there to relax. Speaking of relaxation - this is an adult-only hotel. Patrons are sophisticated, private and pleasant. In short, this hotel, its staff and their hospitality may “ruin” other hotels for you. We liked everything about this lovely hotel and, undoubtedly, will be back. Thank you for having us Ocelle!

This is a great hotel very close to the main town of Sirmione. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the main tourist area and bikes are available to explore the wider area. We booked directly with the hotel which means breakfast was included with our Junjor Suite. The staff were very helpful and assisted with recommendations of things to do, airport transfers and restaurant reservations. The staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent too. Being a suite guest means you have a reserved area on the walkway which juts out into the lake. This is perfect for admire the wonderful views and slipping in and out of the pools and spa facilities. We didn’t see any children in the hotel, but wouldn’t hesitate to take ours should we go back as a family.

Beautiful property with great service right on Lake Garda. Onsite bar and restaurant with pleasant staff. Our room had a view of the lake and a nice balcony. Nice king size bed andy wide enjoyed the spa.

My fiance took me to lake Garda for a birthday surprise. This hotel is beautiful. Right on the lake edge. It is a 5-10 min walk into the main area of Sirmone which was perfect. Rooms were lovely, clean and well decorated. Pool / lake area was well maintained and they do a nice gin fizz.

Really lovely hotel with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasure. Fantastic spa facilities and in a beautiful setting right on the lake with its own beach. A good area to have easy access to the castle area with lovely shops and excellent restaurants.
