The staff were not very informative. Despite asking about the parking situation, the receptionist did not activate parking deck access on my key card. We had to return to the front desk twice before it was finally resolved. Overall, the service was not very friendly and the experience was disappointing.

Staff was friendly but the elevators you all have are awful. You need to get more elevators. The wait time is sometimes ten minutes.Other than that, it was perfect.

Heat did not work the first night...Jacob was called early the next morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem...workers at the breakfast bar recognized our mobility issues and rushed to seat and help us with food from the bar...great service!.

The hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Gym had good equipment. The breakfast options were very good with healthy choices. Area was walkable around town. Our only complaint was the elevators didn’t work well. They were out of order a lot. We took the stairs a lot because of the wait time for elevators.
