We had an amazing stay at Koniama Acropolis Hotel! The location was excellent and the staff were all extremely helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stay in Athens!

The hotel is situated on a small hill, so the location is decent. The rooms aren't huge, but the facilities are well-maintained. Athens city center has narrow streets, so driving to the hotel if you've rented a car isn't particularly convenient. Luckily, the hotel isn't far from the metro.

We chose Koniama Acropolis because we wanted to stay close to the Acropolis, and the location turned out to be excellent. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Acropolis and also conveniently close to the metro and tram. We actually used the metro to get to/from the airport and to explore other parts of Athens. The room was spacious enough for two, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the water pressure was good, and the AC worked well. The neighborhood was pleasant, with a nice coffee shop right across the street and a convenience store nearby. One of my favorite features was the rooftop, where you can see the Acropolis beautifully lit up at night. ❤️ The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the biggest plus for me was that they allowed us to check in early when we arrived. After traveling, that made such a difference and immediately gave us a great impression of the hotel. There is also a small elevator for luggage and a convenient back entrance that we could use after reception closed at 8 PM. Overall, excellent value for money, great location, comfortable room, and genuinely welcoming service. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Athens.

I emailed them in advance about my late-night arrival and received detailed instructions for self-check-in, which made the process very smooth. I felt safe traveling here alone as a solo female traveler. It is not right in the city center, but everything is within walking distance if you like to walk. The towels and bedding were a bit worn out, but they were very clean, and all the staff members were kind.

The staff were all excellent, attentive and friendly. The location is superb, with bus, train, and tram stations all within a few minutes' walk. You can even walk to attractions like the Acropolis Museum. The room was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and had a great sense of spatial design. There are also fast-food restaurants, bakeries, and dessert shops nearby. It's well-equipped yet not noisy, making it very convenient and comfortable.
