The check-in was very warm and speedy. Hotel itself was just a few minutes walk from the Rail station in Omonia Station. The Duo at the reception were very friendly and warm, always smiling and saying hello. That was one of the best experiences at this hotel. The Breakfast was good also with a lot of options, but almost the same every morning which on the long run made it somewhat predictable for me. The rooftop restaurant view was good, but the food itself was not as good for the price. We had the Prawns and Salmon and it was tasteless. We didn't go up there again after the trail throughout our 7 nights stay. Rooms were cleaned daily with towels changed which was a plus, we had a room with a balcony so it was easy to get some fresh air into the room from time to time. Wi-fi was fast enough for work meetings. The room itself was a bit aged and dated, but still very much alive and neat. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The water was quite hard so it was not a plus, but overall I'll say that it was a good experience.

This is my second business trip staying at this hotel. Its location and value for money are its strong points, as hotels in Athens aren't cheap.

We stayed post-celestyal cruise. The view from the rooftop restaurant was great. The food was excellent, including staff interactions. Very patient. Answering whatever questions we had even seeking out the answers if they didn't know. I can't stop talking about the Sunday breakfast spread. Well laid out, variety, freshness was awesome.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, offering excellent value for money. The staff were polite and knowledgeable, and the breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for, catering to all dietary needs. The room and all common areas were impeccably clean, and the mattress was very comfortable for our taste. The parking is quite convenient for those with a car, though it costs 15 euros per day. The location is also very practical, with the metro and train nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. We will definitely choose to stay here again! 🙂

Our first trip to Europe, so there were things that I imagine are very European. Tiny elevators and key card access to power your room were a first for us. We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The loud returning guest at 1:30 in the morning were the only irritant, and that was bad guests and not the hotels fault.
